Terrible. I Asked for extra garlic and was given less than half garlic... I usually love lazeez. (S.O STONEY CREEK location) and drive 30min to get home to eat it, which has never been a problem so I wanted to call when I got home today to no sauce as it was VERY inconvenient. I called to inquire about it, and was told they “do extra garlic for everyone” but also “ they don’t put extra garlic because it gets soggy!?”
I was charged for something I did not receive, offered no refund, and told me to “just ask for extra garlic next time” Which is exactly what I had done?
I have never had unflavoured yet spicy, crunchy yet flaky shawarma until today, so if you’re looking for a new experience, you’ll get one here. Due to the colour and flakiness of fries, it’s also clear the fry grease needs to be changed as well.

I visited Lazeez Shawarma around 8:30 yesterday, they have a good service, their foods are absolutely delicious. And the lady that was serving me was very polite. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a Middle Eastern cuisine.

I ordered my food and it was given to me at 8:20 pm. I planned on eating my food indoors but was told by the lady that i was not allowed to eat in and must do takeout as they closed at 9. I was confused as to why i wasnt allowed to eat indoors if there is still 40 mins till closing, and told her that it would not take me longer than 10 minutes to eat and leave. She insisted that I had to leave and when I told her it was very cold outside and that I had no where else to eat, she told me I could take my food and eat at the pizza pizza next door. I ended up eating outside in the cold because obviously im not taking outside food into another establishment, as it isnt allowed. Overall found the experience to be absolutely terrible.
