Absolutely the worst. After 40 mins waiting no one came to take the order. And on top of that when I mentioned to her that it was over 40 mins she said you haven’t been here for that long
Popped in to have a quick bite. Very busy but the staff had everything under control. Service and food were excellent!We shared the loaded fries (excellent) and popcorn chicken.Kid-friendliness: Quite a few children even though this is a pub style restaurant.

#1 Pub for food in Niagara with great atmosphere specially in the summer. Most attentive wait staff than any other restaurant /pub in Niagara. Couple negative things though...Had wings twice over a 2 weèk span there. First time so over cooked and dried out. Tried again a week later absolutely frozen cold with a really cold buffalo sauce..I get it you have keep sauce refrigerated but they need to warm it before they pour it over the wings. Plus they sat to long before delivered to table making them even colder ....waitress did say I can get you more that are hot no problem ..but already ate the cold ones couldn't wait. So she did her due diligence. Other than that bar none best food for bar pub in Niagara . Just a couple of off days with the wings I suppose.

It's usually fantastic, but...This past Sunday, it took 10 minutes to order drinks, another ten to get two beers and a couple of waters (plus 20 for the coffee), then our orders were finally taken after staring quite obviously for a while until the other server stepped in to help.It was then another 30 for pizza to arrive. We finished the pizza before the kids meal and wings arrived, separately.They said they weren't short-staffed and didn't get why things were so slow. Nothing was offered in compensation.Didn't complain until Google asked me to rate my experience.
