Second visit and no hot and ready pizzas

The guy at the front of house is super rude and talks to me in other language( Hindi )which is hard for me to understand .
I have to wait more than 30 minutes for pizza !
Unsatisfied with costumer’s service.
My boyfriend went in to get the hot and ready pizzas and the employees were very rude to him. He then asked for those little cookies and they said they didn’t have them and had no idea what he was talking about. He then showed a picture and someone from the back came to the front counter and grabbed a pack and slammed it onto his pizza box and said “what, these cookies?” in a rude and sassy tone. My boyfriend asked for a second one and the cashier said they could only give one, but they claimed they didn’t know about the cookies in the first place so how would they know they can’t give more then one.
Also, the pizza and bread sticks sucked, definitely not the quality it used to be

Tried BBQ blast chicken pizza. Got the food within 5 min. I really appreciate the effort of workers. The lady who stands in the service has to be more clear while communicating in English. I mean she has to speak a little bit louder. Overall a good experience. Thanks
