I was there on a Saturday night. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and patient. The food was good too

Had a terrible experience with store employees at this location. Despite carefully placing food in my thermal bag, a rude employee criticized me for not packing it properly. What made it worse was that he followed me out of the store and continued arguing. Unfortunately, the restaurant's quality seems to have declined since the new owners took over. Lack of professionalism and poor customer service made for a disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in at 1030 to grab a dip for pizza that I purchased last night... I was shoot out and told you were not open yet the front door wad unlocked..

Placed an order through Uber and realized I made a mistake, so I right away messaged uber they were unable to fix as the store has accepted already. Fine that's ok I called the store right away this was maybe all in 3 mins after placing the order. I said I'm so sorry I made a mistake with my order is it possible to fix it and they said NO. I was like what I just placed thr order she says we already started. I said I understand but I really need to fix the order sh hands the phone to someone else and they tell me no also. I was like really because it was a mistake. And I really need to fix it I said I just placed it by this point maybe it's been a total of 5 mins. So he hung up on me . Like really. I called back and said you hang up on paying customers. And said I really need my oder to be fixed. Then he said sure sure. Order just arrived. Hardly any sauce and made very thrown together. What should be a pretzel crust is also not. One whole pizza is not even cut its just whole. Go to another location.

Front counter guy is very rude. He should be terminated.

The guy at the front of house is super rude and talks to me in other language( Hindi )which is hard for me to understand .
I have to wait more than 30 minutes for pizza !
Unsatisfied with costumer’s service.

My boyfriend went in to get the hot and ready pizzas and the employees were very rude to him. He then asked for those little cookies and they said they didn’t have them and had no idea what he was talking about. He then showed a picture and someone from the back came to the front counter and grabbed a pack and slammed it onto his pizza box and said “what, these cookies?” in a rude and sassy tone. My boyfriend asked for a second one and the cashier said they could only give one, but they claimed they didn’t know about the cookies in the first place so how would they know they can’t give more then one.

Also, the pizza and bread sticks sucked, definitely not the quality it used to be
