I’d say bad service but the real problem was no service at all. Waited 40 minutes and no one came to take my order. Literally walked up and asked for a menu after 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I let the bartender know I was looking to order food. He said he would send someone over. I waited another 20 minutes, still no one bothered to look up from their phones to come over and take my order. I’m here every week but won’t waste my time trying to order anything from here again.

So slow. It's not even busy here. The server doesn't check in or comeback to the table. Been trying to get her attention to buy drinks. Think they get paid to much. Cause won't be getting a tip for this service.

Food was terrible and very expensive. Kids get free refills on pop but adults don’t? Service was slow but it’s convenient to have the place at the arena.

Had lunch during grandson hockey tournament. They were a bit short handed (bartender and waiter) but once I got his attention, beer was delivered quickly and food arrived in 15 minutes. Generous portions: Basic burger and fries was a double quarter pounder and a lot of tasty fries. I'd eat here again.

When staff makes an error does nothing to fix it

I ate here when it was Don Cherries bar and grill. seems it hasn't changed much but the food was good.

Great service, friendly staff. Food was good too. They were really quick to get the food out so that we didn't miss getting back to the game between periods! Looking forward to their support as a sponsor for the St.Catharines Jr.B Falcons.
