We stopped in on our way home and we're surprised by the amount of toppings that are included with the item we chose (banana splits) it all tasted amazing and was decently priced and the staff is awesome very friendly and patient 😀

Kid-friendliness: This is the best place to take your children litterally a kids dream!!

Is there new ownership? Never have cones when we come. We have been coming for 10+ years to this location and never ever had run out of cones the last 3 times we came.

The icecream is always good. My last visit they didn't have any icecream in the display, but assured me they had it in the back. Odd but they did have what I wanted so...

The staff are always patient and kind.

Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk and front ramp have some deep ridges that chair wheels can get stuck in. The door opens out and no electric option which makes entry with a chair exceedingly difficult if not impossible.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son, but we had a lot of restrictions on a few of the kids that were coming to the party. Amanda, listen to all my concerns. She went over and above to make sure that my son had the cake that he would like, but also another cake that we can include for the other kids. Super friendly knowledgable. I was so thankful for her

Service is 5/5. The girl who served me was very polite, professional and friendly especially with my kids despite being very busy. Everyone loved the icecream, very delicious and a great little treat.Only downside to this location is the bathroom is clean but always smells like a big fresh poop. Have to either suffocate trying to hold your breath or not use the facilities. Been a handful of times.

I paid for a large ice cream cake then saw the sign for CAA discount. Asked the young lady who rang me up about the discount and she said I was too late as I had already paid. I think in the name of customer service she could have re-rang up the order and given me the 15% CAA discount. I had just left my first radiation appointment and didn’t want to argue but you lost a customer.

Always a consistent experience. Good service and really good ice cream for a fair price. Waffle cones are made in house and so good!
