Friendly staff and are very patient with people who are new to the experience, they will ask what are you looking for? Something chocolatly or fruity , neutral or nutty, etc I love that cuz it helps us narrow it down.

My wife and I recently visited Marble Slab, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. When it came time to add toppings, the employee just mixed the ice cream and served it without asking my wife what she wanted. She had to stop them to request the extra toppings she wanted.

As for my order, the employee didn’t scoop enough ice cream initially and only realized it after mixing. Instead of mixing in the extra ice cream, they just added it on top, leaving me with a portion that was just plain ice cream with no toppings mixed in.

It’s possible the employees were new, but regardless, it led to a disappointing experience for both of us. We expected better for the price we paid.

Incredible service and desserts during such a busy time. There was only one employee working when we came in, and he was hustling! He managed to help everyone out, and was incredibly professional, all while being by himself the whole time! His name was Travis, and he definitely deserves a raise!

I go to marble slab quite often and every time I go I’m always served by a Travis who is always super polite and genuinely seems to be having such a good time. He greets me asking about my day all the day and I just love talking to him and he makes me laugh all the time. What an amazing person truly

I quite enjoy Marble Slab and will usually visit this location whenever I go to the Pen Centre. For years I have ordered the same thing. I’ve tried other flavours and mix-ins but always go back to my favourite- coffee ice cream with Skor bits in a waffle cone. The last two times I’ve been, they have not had Skor bits. And the last time, they unbelievably had no CONES! We walked out this time. No point in going if there are no cones and you can’t get the flavour you want - especially for the price of the ice cream at Marble Slab.
