Travis so deserves the praise! He is so cheerful and excellent at his job! My friends and I were feeling a bit down and having a bad day, and Travis’ energy was just infectious from the moment we walked in. Despite being during a rush time he managed to make sure all the customers were taken care of and everything was done well. He even had a quick chat with us to cheer us up. Well done Travis!!

I love marble slab's ice cream but their store and workers leave a lot to be desired.... the dining room is always a sticky mess and the kids they staff have a lot of attitude and treat you like a bother :/

Marble Slab is such a treat. Shout out to Karim, the “ice cream man” who works here, is the best and goes above and beyond to make our visits delightful.

I was having a horrible few days and decided to stop in and get ice cream to pick myself up, not only was the Ice Cream delicious but Travis the employee went above and beyond to make me smile and turn my day around, his cheerful upbeat personality is just what I needed in that moment! Thank you Travis you truly don’t know how much I appreciated that!! :)

It was my first time at this marble slab location and the girl who was working was sweet and talkative even though it was really busy in there, definitely recommend coming here + the ice cream is really good, so shoutout to whoever makes the ice cream as well :)
