It was my first time at this marble slab location and the girl who was working was sweet and talkative even though it was really busy in there, definitely recommend coming here + the ice cream is really good, so shoutout to whoever makes the ice cream as well :)

I just wanted to come on here and leave this review because your two employees that were working tonight, Maddy and Travis did such an excellent job serving my friends and I. They were incredibly quick and efficient and incredibly welcoming. You sure have some sweet people running your store. Thanks you guys for a very amazing and welcoming experience and hope to see you guys again soon!

I came into your location this afternoon with my kids today for our very first time ever and I just wanna say the man who served us was super excellent! He was kind, patient and extremely understanding. I have never been to a Marble Slab before but we were wanting to stop and grab some ice cream and your store had a 4 star so my husband and I assumed it was a great place and wow were we ever right!! We were all very pleased with our experience and also pleased with how your worker served us with kind words and thoughtful suggestions. I hope his boss sees this review because he most certainly deserves a raise!!!!! He was also by himself I also want to note. All and all great first impression so from my entire family and I thank you so much.

This location is by far the better of the two in St Catharine’s! I’d rather drive across town to this location than go to the one nearest me.
The staff here are so friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and i’ve never had a problem here. I’ve been in person and ordered via Skip, and never had any issues.

Tonight was an amazing night to come into your location and get myself some ice cream with a few of my friends. Your workers that were working tonight did a fantastic job even though it seemed like it was starting to get busy for them. We thanked them and they gave me a very friendly you’re welcome and have a nice night!
I was extremely impressed and amazed. I think they probably been through busy nights so they knew how to make customers happy. The one guy like genuinely had a really big smile and seemed extremely energized about his job which is great because people like them go very far in life. Just common respect from one individual you another! I don’t see a lot of people so outgoing about their job so it was nice to see a bit of a change in customer service. Yes all for all incredible job tonight and my friends and I will definitely be returning for more visits! Thank you!

I had a great visit at your location tonight. You have some wonderful workers. There was a young man and young woman there tonight and I personally just want to say how incredible their preference was tonight. My girlfriend was basically over the moon with joy walking out. She said In quotes “We have to come back as soon as possible” it’s been tough finding a place we both enjoy. I think we found our new date spot. Also whoever makes the ice cream at your store they do such an amazing job I mean the ice cream is absolutely delicious. I didn’t get his name but I just wanted everyone to know how sweet and kind he was tonight I come quite often as well and he always clearly has his head on straight and ready for the day. Went in last night to get ice cream on a SUMMER night during a HEAT WAVE. Never had a bad experience at a Marble Slab before last night. Showed up at 9:25 and was told they turned the slab off… even though they close at 10pm. The chairs were all packed away, the workers already mopping the floors, clearly angry that we were there. I am a retail worker myself and I totally get wanting to go home at the end of the night, but never have I ever made customers feel so uncomfortable. I ended up not even getting anything because I was so uncomfortable with the way I was being treated. I’m not one to write bad reviews because I understand how workers feel, but this was just a case of spoiled teenagers not understanding that they’re getting PAID to serve customers. Based on the other customers we spoke to (who also wrote a review) and the OTHER review written last night about this (from people I didn’t even speak to), I’d say these employees need hours more training in customer service before they ever work again…

The man who served us today was amazing! He provided us with great service and was kind and patient.

I ordered a cake for my HUSBANDS 30th birthday and when I went to pick up the cake they said the color was supposed to be a brownish “rum” color since it’s rum ice cream. It turned out salmon pink… I wasn’t offered a discount or any apology. I won’t be going back. Not professional at all. Extremely disappointed with this.

One scoop of ice cream should not cost $9, what a rip-off. And they expect a tip on top of that. Ice cream was good so I'll give two stars instead of one.

Visited this Location on my birthday and had exceptional Customer service from employeesTravis a Maddie. They were so nice and friendly to me & my son. It is refreshing to see two employees work so hard, patient and be so welcoming with their smiles!
