Mary Brown's Chicken

Received wings that were dry. Received undercooked potatoes and an overly hard biscuit which I paid extra for. Not even my dog would eat the wings or the potatoes. So basically food unfit for human or animal life. Seriously how much can buffalo sauce actually cost? How cheap can you possibly get? Mary Brown's it should be ashamed to have this location be part of their franchise.

The people here that work at this dealer establishment Do not know how to assemble and place orders properly in a bag. Went to call about having missing items from my order. They are very rude and ignorant, laughing on the phone, passing the phone back-and-forth between multiple employees. I honestly would like to have head management or manager of this establishment. To rectify my order pay good money to have things, and you can't even have them.

The food is good staff is nice but whenever I visites the restaurant the specs girl always talks on the phone after giving the order if i remember I think her name was chesta and she never say thanks or any word when the people leave the restaurant instead of her customers say thanks while going home and she never replies them.management should focus on it and should fire her becase it's a very bad behavior at the work.

Asked for pricing for large wedge fries. Then ordered chicken burgers and wedge fries. Drove 25 minutes home only to find out they gave us regular French fries that looked like they had been warmed up in microwave.

I love married brown chickens but over the last few years the service has been horrible.I show app after work third open, but most of the time they leave me hanging out the drive through window for 5 to 10 minutes.Half the time I end up just leaving and going somewhere else
