Maverick's Donuts, St. Catharines

I placed a large order online for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up I discovered that this location is closed, no one answered the phone or email and my credit card was charged.

The staff was very nice but the donuts tasted old, they were dry, I will not go there again. They definitely were not fresh. I paid $18 for 4 donuts, most were thrown out.

The customer service was okay. Person working did not really interact with me when I came in. I really wanted to leave this review for the donuts. They are small compared to other places in the area and are SO expensive. ~ $28 for a 6-pack? Compared to the other popular donut shops in the area, it’s about $5+ more in price. The donuts were dry and did not have a good flavour. Overall, given the quality and flavour, these donuts are not worth the price at all.

The Service was good, the owner was very friendly and the donuts were tasty. You could tell that they were working very hard and put allot into the business. They even made us fresh donuts if there weren't any on their counter. Overall, would recommend!

Fresh made daily, nice selection and so tasty .Had coffee that was freshly brewed, tasted so good. Very bright and clean inside. Owners were very friendly. Will definitely be back

Amazing donuts. Nice to see a locally owned donut shop like this! The owner was very nice and great conversation. The place could use some music or something though. Definitely will be back!

Donuts were delicious and the staff working the front was very friendly and informative when describing the kind of donuts they had! Had the Nutella and Boston cream donut. They were generous with the cream and Nutella fillings. The donuts were also not heavy on the stomach and the taste wasn't overpowering with sweetness which I really liked

Isn’t anyone feeling like their donuts are getting smaller by the day? I am disgusted by the quality of their food now, considering how much they are charging $$$ for these.

One of the best donuts I’ve had. Usually when I eat donuts I always find it to be a bit too sweet but these donuts have just the right level of sweetness. Would recommend this to anybody for sure ?

Walked in and out. Donuts looked stale bland and over priced not to mention burnt

Great variety. Tasted fresh even though we were there at the end of the day. Got a free doughnut for being a CAA member. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. We will be back

It was my first time ever hearing about mavericks and I thought I’d go in. I was greeted but the person was just staring at me and made me uncomfortable. No conversation or recommendations. Ending up restocking the shelves instead of serving me or asking if I needed help. I probably won’t be back because the experience
