I waited over an hour for my delivery order and I had called the restaurant multiple times and no answer. When I spoke to the worker, they mentioned that they had tried calling me, but I had no phone history of them trying, and there was no sign of them trying to delete the order. This is very disappointing as I have waited for so long. Additionally, there was no mention of possible refund.

Burgers were fresh and made how I ordered them. The fries could have been a little fresher, one or two must have been in the bin for a while, hard and horrible tasting. Window guy was super nice! 👍🏼

Clean and organized, but noisy inside This McDonald’s at 210 Glendale Ave, St. Catharines is clean, organized, and well maintained. The staff was quick and efficient with the service. However, on the day I visited, there were people inside making a lot of noise, which made it hard to enjoy the meal peacefully. Also, ketchup was not available at the self-serve area and had to be requested at the counter. Overall, a decent experience, but the noise level affected the visit.

I asked the employee Kevin before the food was made to add the sauce I PAID for, to the burgers and he told me to just open the packets and put it in the burger myself. I’m in a car which it’s hard to do that and it takes them two seconds. Store was dead as well. Just shows complete laziness and terrible customer service. Good job Kevin won’t be back!

we order at drive way 2 Coffees and 2 Muffin on 2nd January'26. around 8:30 p.m of time. when it try to eat with Coffee. my Muffin Mc Donald provide me, it was so bad very dry not fresh it was very dry Coffee same like Beavrage Cold. it far from freshness i was so disappointed. i called on number no one pick my call when i call next day on 3rd Jan. shift was change. but tgey took my complaine and send we send it our management. you will receive phone call. till now now ni one call me.

Really really bad fries. Like fry jerky. I’m not driving back to complain or exchange them I’m just going to leave a bad review. Whatever manager was working Sunday December 21st at 6:30 clearly doesn’t give any care in what they do. Usually the fries are not terrible but tonight was just deplorable. They taste like the fries you guys made yesterday. Do better than that
