Last time ever going to this location for anything! The guy at the speaker this morning is absolutely ruthless with trying to upsell. I’ve made three complaints in the last months for the exact same thing… Hi, I’ll have a small coffee regular and that is all, he responds the same every time with, do you want any muffins with that, I was told mNy times that he’d be spoken to and clearly that has never happened. And the worst part is…. I’m told he’s the manager🤬

I went to get an egg BLT on a bagel combo this morning. It had no tomato and almost no mayo, very dry, not much I ordered. I called the manager and to replace it. She wants my address not just my name. That’s ridiculous. You don’t need my address to take my name and put it in a book so that when I come through next, they can replace it. She was very rude and kept saying she wants my address so I just told her I’ll go to another location instead from now on. It’s ridiculous how unprofessional some of these people are. It shouldn’t have been a big deal, but her attitude really sucked definitely not professional. I hope they replace her with someone who knows how to take care of business properly with a good attitude. Even if she said thank you I’ll talk to my staff and not replace my meal. I would’ve been fine as long as she talk to me with respect, but it disgust me the way some people treat their customers.

Extremely slow. I requested a DOUBLE burger with ONLY ketchup, but got a SINGLE burger with ONIONS and ketchup. No napkins provided. Soda was overflowing. Paper take-out bag was wet.
