Just want to give a huge shout out to the young man named Daniel in drive thru last night. Very well mannered, respectful and one of the best drive thru employees I’ve seen. He deserves a raise.

It was pretty good food and the the ice coffee was one of the best I had at McDonalds and we had customizations of the drink 👍 but will say The lobby feels a little too open and has no fountain dispensers for drinks no refills 👎

Asked for thai chili wrap, they said oh let me check if I have that ... says they do. Wait 6 minutes in the drive thru and he hands me a buffalo chicken wrap. Blatantly. Could tell by the way they gave me my food somethin was going to be off. Had a hunch as this mcdonalds CONSISTENTLY has been messing up my orders for years. I avoid this location at all costs and encourage you to as well.

Been plenty of times and honestly never any complaints. Service is quick and food always tastes good. Only issue is the occasional homeless person causing a disturbance outside or sometimes rarely inside but it’s taken care of fairly quickly.

So I visited this mcdonalds at 2 pm on November 15 and was greeted by Alejandro. This gentleman was professional proficient and polite at taking my order. I could understand every word he spoke even being english most likely not being his first language, If this man could do training for the future people in this industry this would benefit all of us.
This place claims to be 24 hours however right now it is not open at 2 am, or if it is they’re just not answering the drive-through, other times I’ve gone there and they say oh sorry our system’s rebooting. It’s gonna take half an hour which is a lie you’re better off going to the one up the street in Thorold, it’s better food better staff better everything. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Any time I placed an order here there is this particular worker that’s not tall, she never prepares my order very well, it’s like she selling it to me for free, please you have to always check for your employees before hiring them most of them are very rude..
Nice hair on the tray, obviously not wearing proper stuff to serve food with (hairnets).

3.Nov.2025 6:45am. I ordered the same breakfast I've ordered from multiple McDonalds for the past 4yrs. 99% it's always taken extra explaining, or the order has been wrong (not saying it was this site specific). Today was baffling.. the young darker complexion gentleman (I feel bad I didnt remember his name) that took my order this morning nailed it first try.. I was expecting to have to explain my order and he said he got it all and I was good to pull up.. and he was right. He got my order 100% accurate, first try, no explanations, no errors. I saw him at both the first and second window making sure my order was right.. They say in life it's the small things that matter.. I've been having an absolutely terrible couple weeks at work and personal things.. This young gentleman making sure my breakfast was how I wanted.. without extra effort, without error. Some may laugh at me, let them laugh. But he made my goddamn week if not month with his charisma and accuracy. I joked with his coworker that he deserved a raise, I hope he sees this and knows his small gestures and efficiency at his job made my day, week, month, maybe year.. Thank you..

Easily the least accurate and consistent Mc in the city. Not even close. Every time there's something wrong. Every single time. I'll take a McBreak for a few months then give them another chance when I'm craving a McMuffin. Low and behold, another McError. At this point I just leave their mistakes on the counter and leave hungry. I've never tried A&W before, but it's about McTime to make the switch. Thanks for nothing! The grey haired dude was pretty friendly, and the newly renovated store looks great though!

ordered 10 piece meal and double quarter meal, no salt were on the fries (ordered normal med fries) , no monopoly tabs on the fries or quarter pounder, nuggets are rock hard. The only thing edible is the sandwich.
