Today I ordered coffees from drive thru and they took long time just for two small coffees and after that when I finished my coffee I found grinds of the coffee.

Extremely slow. I requested a DOUBLE burger with ONLY ketchup, but got a SINGLE burger with ONIONS and ketchup. No napkins provided. Soda was overflowing. Paper take-out bag was wet.
Idk wtf they are doing over there, but they are not doing a good job.

Clean restaurant. The down side of this location: the lack of attention to detail. I've been here twice in the last week and my orders have been messed up each time, receiving items for take out that i didnt order and wouldnt eat... I would highly recommend going to a different mcdonalds. This location seems to busy for what the staff can handle, not the staffs fault. They also charge extra fees when ordering McDelivery. As in the menu items are more expensive via delivery on the app. Beware.

Ordered meals with old ketchup. Tasted fermented even though date was Jan 2025. Also, Asked for a ELT and got bacon ... unacceptable. & Ordered my son happy meal and noticed employee picking nose without wearing gloves and making food. Should have food inspector investigate disgusting.

Can someone tell me how to give a -5 star . I was at this location five times different days different times and I ordered six muffins assorted . The manager came out and said I am sorry you came at the wrong time, We are busy ,it’s in the oven. Every time there was the same excuse and no alternative option offered at all who are poor service and poor resolutions don’t go there.

My friend and I were well dressed and planned a nice dinner out after her work at 9. Finding our intended place had a lineup due to the first NFL game we left. Most other places were closed, even Wendy's and Harveys. We ended up at McDonalds on Glendale. I ordered a Big Mac. The cashier said "Combo?". I said "I don't want fries, do you have salad?" "No. The only other choice is poutine". I said "that's still fries". I am not supposed to have potatoes, much less fries and I dislike McDonalds' fries. The cashier could have offered me dessert, like pie, but forced a combo. This was at 10;18pm. About 5 minutes after we sat down to eat a man walked by sweeping and said, bluntly, "the seating section is being closed". Excuse me, I am not rushing my food. I paid 15 dollars for a combo I didn't want. It's bad enough I have to eat out of a tiny box, and with my fingers instead of a knife and fork on a plate. You shouldn't serve people food they don't want and when they start to eat you shouldn't tell them it's time for them to go. We have been at the McDonalds by Brock U and they allow dining in until much later. We didn't expect any different on Glendale. I didn't see a sign about that and the cashier said nothing.
