I was eating a burger in the dinning room and it tasted greasy. When I squeezed the sandwich it was dripping with greasy. While I was eating, the employees came out into the dinning area and had a team meeting on how they weren’t following protocols while making their burgers. Idk just grossed me out.

worst mcdonalds i have been to. the sprite tasted like soda water. the fries were covered in salt. and the nuggets felt and tasted like cardboard. if you are going to serve the world garbage.... at least make some sort of effort. all that for $14. and this location was just fully renovated.... just to produce even worse food. the owners and management should be ashamed.

I asked for an egg blt lettuce wrapped cause I have cmpa. I told the lady that I can’t have the sauce or the buns or even cheese.. what do I get to my surprise… cheese … if no one knows what cmpa it’s a cow milk protein allergy. I don’t have a problem ordering at any other McDonald’s but this location.

Joanne was on a weird power trip over who could use the bathroom. Asked to use it, she said somebody was in there and to wait so I waited for 15 minutes only to ask somebody different who let me right in.... Absolutely embarassing this middle aged lady would lie about that. Hope that little bit of power you worked so hard for was worth it Joanne. Everyone else was wonderful but you're only as strong as your weakest link.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this MacDonald's location, particularly during the night shift managed by Evan. Not only was the service very poor and unprofessional , but Evan's behaviour was shockingly rude and displayed a concerning racist mentality. It felt as though customers, including delivery drivers, were treated as if they should beg for their orders rather than being served with basic courtesy and respect. Extremely disappointing…..
The food was good for what McDonald's is. The service was great, and staff was friendly; however, management seems to be somewhat degrading to the employees. The way I seen and over heard this manager speak to one of the employees was embarrassing, and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating another person that way. They did it right in front where you get served your food so it wasn't hidden or in private whatsoever. The management clearly needs to take a few lessons on how to treat their fellow employees. I never got a name of the manager, but the date and time it happened was March 22nd, 2024, at roughly 5:15pm. They need to be spoken to.

This location has proven to be the best location in St Catharines. I usually do mobile orders, through the drive-thru or the parking spot. After the renovation, the parking lot is a much better experience. Although it can sometimes get busy, the workers usually work pretty efficiently with getting your meal quickly. They also expanded the drinks because after the renovation they acquired Coke zero.
