I waited 20 minutes because they gave away my order, food then was cold by the time i got it and none of my snack wraps had dressing on them even tho i asked for it. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t have only teenagers managing restaurants when they clearly are not capable of handling a busy dinner service.

Payed for two meals and one of the fries wasn’t added to the bag. Ordered a quarter pounder BLT got no bacon on it.. might as well have ordered and payed for a quarter pounder with cheese. Didn’t realize till we were home that there was missing food. Frustrating…this isn’t the first time at the location this has happened either.

Ordered a fillet of fish. I waited nearly 15 minutes and asked what was going on. Was told that it would be 1 more minute. I watched three more customers come and go. I left without my filet of fish. I will never go back to this location again. Why don’t McDonald’s tell you if you are going to have to wait. I would’ve just ordered something else. I am sick of having to pay for fast food and then have to wait nearly restaurant wait times.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s location. We placed an order totaling nearly $50, yet approximately half of the items were missing when we arrived home. During the ordering process, the employee at the speaker repeatedly asked us to wait between items, but even with the pauses, the order was still entered incorrectly. After paying, we were asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for our food, and we were eventually given two bags with no indication that anything was missing. We did not realize the omissions until we returned home. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Always great service in person but today I called because I messed up picking the right burger on Uber and I called the mcdonalds and they gladly swapped it for what I actually wanted before it got sent of. Huge thank you!!

Dirty restaurant, slowest service from any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and my fries were cold and no flavour shot was put into my latte….i understand mistakes get made but this was extreme

If you hear someone say “I’m not a morning person,” just hand them a McMuffin and coffee. 9/10 times, they’ll become slightly more human. ☕🥓

First off, shout out to the morning/afternoon crew! Never a bad coffee! Always friendly and on point with everything!! But honestly the night crew is absolutely trash.. literally had to yell to have the guy wake up and answer the speaker lol, then when ordering a coffee that I do every single day, xl 4x4, they always mess it up... like im sorry but your job isnt hard, and if it is.. maybe find a new job! Like honestly I would rate it 5 stars but the staff who works the drive thru at night needs serious re training. I just dont understand, its for the most part all buttons? And you saying you can read or push buttons? Wow.. Ps ive waited like 3 months to post this as like I said the morning/day crew is absolutely stellar. Fix your night crew please..

I barely gave bad reviews, but this time i have to be honest, only 1 star for service and atmosphere. My opinion is, do not trade a good reputation for a small drink, u are not loosing much for replacing a small drink, but u can loose customers. Bad service.
