"Why is there a person in McDonald's uniform in my dining room? Lol" Well. Chances are because I work at a different mcdonalds. Props to the crew person who was mortified to realize I heard the comment. It's always louder behind the counter than in front.
Aside from that. The staff were happy, they were productive, and helping each other out. They clearly like what they do, and it certainly shows in the service they provide.

It was a good location, but now they’re counting fries. My guess is management is penny pinching us and now has their employees weighing every order. Why is the large French fries box so big if an actual large only fills up half of it??? If you weren’t penny pinching already, you will be soon when your customers go else where.

All was fine sat in side with three other fellows and had our coffee no problems coffee is always great and when finished I buy a extra large coffee to take home for my wife.

Worst McDonald's in ontario Big Mac had so much sauce the bun fell apart. How can you serve cold fries? No pride no more for me. McDonald's we are done. No value crap food

Place sucks. I always go to this one on the way from work, I’ve waited 30mins before and was only person in the drive. I asked for grill chicken and they gave me crispy chicken more then once on my wraps and the staff is rude and lazy.

Ordered almost $70 worth of food, comes in 2 small bags to the point they're almost exploding. Get home and realize they didn't give us the big Mac we'd ordered. So I call them and inform them I'm on my way back to get it. Go to pick it up and order a large fries seeing as how my whole meal is now going to be cold at home, not only was I charged for the fries despite the wasted time, gas and the inconvenience, but the fries were soggy and ice cold and to top everything off, once I got there to pick up the big Mac, there was nothing but attitude from the gentleman at the drive thru window and not even any sort of apology from the staff. Also, despite telling them I had just spoke with manager James (who honestly was fantastic on the phone) who said that he would ensure to let the next manager know that I was coming as he was just getting off shift, but I was then met with doubt and attitude from the guy in drive thru. I get that winter/Christmas season in particular is absolutely crazy, but as a former mcdonalds employee of 10+years, I try to extend massive amounts of courtesy and respect to all in the hospitality industry as I know how stressful and hard that job can be.

I went through the drive through this evening, pulled up to the speaker nobody was at either ordering station, waited for someone to take my order another car pulled into the other ordering station they were served before I was. I ordered 4 cheese burgers all with extra extra pickles and a hot fudge sunday. Not one burger had more than one little pickle and yet all had stickers on them saying extra extra pickles, and all of them tasted like they were made this afternoon. Why bother putting the order stickers on if you don't do what the sticker say. quality control at mcdonalds is definitely going south. And after 5 days of adding this review not 1 response from this store manager....
