Crew that works on weekends closing are the laziest employees one could hire. Probably why they have the graveyard shift. I ordered a hamburger and 2 junior chickens and they couldn't be bothered to make it so they tossed in 12 nuggets instead and tried to charge me over $25.
You need to fire these individuals.

I got food poisoning from this location yesterday. I don’t know what they did to my food but it was the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I ordered a junior chicken and a mcdouble. Just be aware.

Let me start by saying that this review is not for the am staff at this location as they are professional, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. This review relates to a complete lack of all of the above displayed by the staff present at this location on Friday December 30th between 5:00 & 5:30 pm. On the way to get my son to his job we decided to pull through the drive through to order a McCrispy meal and joined the line at about 5:02pm. The drive through kiosk closest to the building in the lane we were in appeared to be either malfunctioning or not being operated properly as several orders were taken on the outside lane for every one taken on the inside lane. It took more than 20 minutes before our order was taken. When we got to the 2nd window to pick up our order we were instructed to pull into the drive through waiting area as it wasn’t ready. After waiting for about an additional 10 minutes I went into the restaurant to collect the order. It hadn’t been processed and when I asked for it I was greeted with blank stares by some and ignored by someone who appeared to be a manger but was wearing jeans which seemed out of place even for McDonalds. When I was a teen I worked at McDonalds in Mississauga and know that I could have literally cooked it faster myself. When it was finally presented at about 5:35 pm there was no apology for the wait and no accountability for the incompetence. Someone needs to take those who should be taking the lead at this location to task over a complete lack of customer service. Very disappointed as a customer and former employee.

Don't use their drive thru unless you have 40 min.....no exaggeration....get it together....poorly managed....staff just stood there like deer in headlights when we went in after waiting in the drive thru wait spot for 15min...where's the meal I just paid $15 for...you can't make this shit up....get new management and employees...corporate needs to pay this location a personal visit ASAP.

The best local McDs to dine in, and drive thru is better than Welland Ave. Playground is great for young kids (kids need socks). Food is what you’d expect from McDs. They do mess up the order sometimes, shown correctly on receipt just not everything is right in the bag. Easy fix when you dine-in but taking an incorrect order home is very frustrating. I dined in and the cleanliness was the worse part, many tables dirty and the floor. Usually I would see someone cleaning in the 30-45 mins but not this time. Bathrooms are now locked which is inconvenient for the patrons but I guess too many people using it and not ordering? FYI playground isn’t monitored, a few bad kids and helicopter parents can definitely diminish the export all. Definitely worth giving this spot a try for dine-in

Brutal is the only word to describe the service. Multiple people waiting more than 20 minutes for their order.
Finally got mine after 25 minutes. The only thing that was warm was the fries.
I will not be using this store again and will advise others not to either.

Great food and great service. I know everything follows a standardized recipe but I swear the QPCs here hit different, lol.
There will often be annoying kids in the lobby at night, but that's just a McDonald's in a city thing.

Zero star on hygiene …. Beyond disgusted! I definitely enjoy my Morning coffee. But, I think it’s time to depart from McDonald’s because of hygiene issues. A coffee cup should not smell like the employees body sweat. I have brought it up to managers and employees in the past. They even claim that they are aware of the issue. But they have not done anything about it. I did not want to make this public. But If body Odour transfers to a cup… That means bacteria is also transferring to that cup. I don’t want to put my clean hands on the cup that smells like bacteria. It is not just me. Other people have smelt it as well. McDonald’s do better.

Just a quick note to say that this is probably the cleanest MacDonalds I have been at in. Ontario. The staff were lovely and kind. Our counter server was training on cash and the other staff were very helpful and patient.
Unfortunately, the hash browns were not crispy and soggy hash browns just don’t cut it :-(. The rest of our order was delicious.

First bite of my Big Mac ( I was craving so badly ) I found a hair in it !!! How disgusting is that? 🤢
The quality of my food was poor, the fries were cold and the pop had no fizz. With the outrageous price I can’t go there anymore.
