Order two McFlurrys paid $12.41 and the things are half empty this isn’t the first time McDonald’s gives you half of what you paid for people work hard for their money and expect to receive what they are paying good money for not half of what you pay for this isn’t the first time this has happened either

I have to change my previous review. Went from. 4 stars now to 2 stars.
What a joke. The food was horrible. The fries cold, the drink barely cold bit tge quarter pounder was the absolute worst thing I ate( tried to eat, threw out out after 3 bites). The bun was stale and barely warm, the hamburger and cheese was cold and old looking. If you can t give out fresh food tgen you might as well close the 24 hour drive thru. The only saving grace was the service. It was a midnight order. Still no excuse for poor food like that.

I always order extra large coffee with 4 & half cream & 4 sugar it's a hit & miss very sad with this place it's happens all the time Of to got inside for sugar for my coffee the manager didn't offer to make me a new one or apologize

The food is almost always on point. The service at times is slow even when they r not busy.
Not a good place to work. Overly demanding of all staff. And if you try to change hours for good reasons, school, they cut your hours and blame you. G.M.'s are only nice if you never change your mind.

3rd time items were forgot in my order at drive thru. Your employees are rude and are incompetent. If your in customer service and cant serve a customer properly that means you shouldn't have a job.

If you are planning on going inside plan to use the self serve kiosk or wait 30 minutes before someone even acknowledges you. Need a quick bite and go pee as a worker?? No, again 30 minutes just to have someone even look at you. Out of 4 separate orders not 1 was right and they were all cold, and honestly disgusting. By far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to anywhere in Canada. I'd blame the owner but there is enough staff on the floor to make things run smoothly. If you have the choice between starving or stopping at this store I would say starving will leave you more satisfied and staff should be disappointed in themselves. I have never seen so many workers at one time in a restaurant only to find that they take advantage of it rather than supply good service.
