the staff is not concerned about customer i was standing about 10 minutes the staff was busy in gossiping the old lady was only worried the group of 3 was busy at phone the guy with curly hair and small age boy and the girl working at front with headset on
This location is pretty consistent with their food, but the drive thru wait times are some of the worst I've ever experienced. If I'm dining inside, its usually pretty quick. I have called this location numerous times to inquire about particular food items and they have NEVER answered their phone. I called Wendy's (2 different locations) and they answer their phone every time. Seriously, answer the damn phone. Off to Wendy's I go.

I visited McDonald’s today at 3 PM on January 14 with five gift coupons. To my surprise, the manager told us, “You cannot use these today, come back tomorrow.” When we politely asked why, she had no explanation and just shrugged it off. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, leaving us feeling disappointed and unwelcome. This is not the level of customer service we expect from McDonald’s. Please look into this matter and ensure better treatment of your customers in the future.

Deserves zero stars. Not once have I got my order correctly and this time was the last straw- my Big Mac was legit COVERED in Big Mac sauce like to the point it was inedible to my bf (who funnily enough got extra sauce and his was dry as hell)
