3rd time items were forgot in my order at drive thru. Your employees are rude and are incompetent. If your in customer service and cant serve a customer properly that means you shouldn't have a job.

If you are planning on going inside plan to use the self serve kiosk or wait 30 minutes before someone even acknowledges you. Need a quick bite and go pee as a worker?? No, again 30 minutes just to have someone even look at you. Out of 4 separate orders not 1 was right and they were all cold, and honestly disgusting. By far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to anywhere in Canada. I'd blame the owner but there is enough staff on the floor to make things run smoothly. If you have the choice between starving or stopping at this store I would say starving will leave you more satisfied and staff should be disappointed in themselves. I have never seen so many workers at one time in a restaurant only to find that they take advantage of it rather than supply good service.

2 times go in after 8 pm service me very last when my order is like 3rd in line out of more behind me. So if other people are being served that are after me and taken their orders before mine. 09/26/2025 I'll go to another McDonald's that doesn't cross off my order to help others behind my order. 😡
Went to sit in and eat. Service was so prompt despite being busy. I went up to get some ketchup and Sara D was such a kind and genuine person. She thanked me for being so kind and patient and was so bubbly and sweet. Food was as good as usual. But service should be more like that everytime! Thank you Sara!
