It is one of the worst locations to pick up the order. Driven there for 10 minutes to pick up the food for the customer. They have a tiny window to pass the food at the front door. Have a courier room or pass it through the Drive-thru like other locations do. Texted the no. That provided but unable to send. Had two crew members and one manager in front of me and avoiding contact. I mean just stand there outside and wait for them to recognize you whenever they want.

The guy at the drive thru . Is terrible and why is he the only one ? He kept on taking orders and not giving them . There has been the same three cars and me in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes . Terrible service

Friday at noon, one burger and fries with a drink ordered ahead through the app! Got to the window and told to pull forward….. pay the person running to cars to get in the kitchen and we would avoid all this waste of time
So McDonald’s I ordered a happy meal. I asked for sweet and sour sauce on ever order with chicken nuggets but IT NEVER COMES so when you say you are giving me sweet and sour sauce ACTUALLY PUT IT IN THE BAG I hate my chicken nuggets with no sauce. So either put the sauce in the bag OR HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES WHO DO THARE JOB.

I don’t normally bother rating fast food unless I’ve had overwhelmingly positive or negative experiences. But this McDonald’s has been consistently positive! Staff have always been very friendly, food has always been very fresh and correct. Definitely go for drive thru if you can, the dining room is always chaotic. But as far as McDonald’s goes, this is probably the best one in Niagara and I wanted to give the staff a shout out for that 🙂
