They're mid and inconsistent. Sometimes get order wrong, sometimes the wait is crazy long, sometimes super fast. The staff seem pretty nice tho.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delightful. The space itself is elegant yet comfortable, creating a perfect environment for a meal. I especially loved how well the dishes were presented. It’s clear that quality is their top priority. I can’t wait to come back for another visit.

Ordered two meals, both were wrong. One meal didn’t have any fries, and they needed to be reminded to give us our drink. The second meal was meant to have Mac sauce on the burger, we even double checked the order was right while ordering, instead of Mac sauce they added mayo and they forgot to add the pickles. Very disappointing experience, but unfortunately not an isolated incident at that location.

Inside ordering is so slow. McDonalds used to be a great fast food place. Not any more. The egg McMuffins are still good for the burgers are just trashy anymore. The only reason I will go in there anymore. Is that the person I am with insist on it.

I was told my Ashleigh that she is the general store manager of the location beside Brock University. I came this evening with my five-year-old son for a happy meal and was told to pull ahead. Rep proceeded to wait 20 minutes for his fries when I called to speak to the manager, Ashleigh picked up the phone told me she would give me a refund when I asked her how long it would take for us the price to come out she walked out with my cash refund.

My uber order was cancelled by driver. Because this location is forcing the driver to send a text message to some unknown phone number with order details. This is absolutely wrong. They cannot ask drivers to share their personal phone number. Just verify the order number through the uber app.

I used the drive-thru to get coffees. Although the coffee seems to have declined in quasince I last had it years ago, the customer service was wonderful!
