I had an Uber pickup around 4:30 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the extremely rude behavior of the staff member I interacted with at the pickup location.
As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable and made the experience unpleasant. The filipino lady over there was so rude . I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.

Second time this has happened. Completely unacceptable.
I ordered breakfast at 10:27 AM, well before the cutoff. The restaurant didn’t process the order until 11:00, then told me breakfast was over and couldn’t make the food.
So I ordered on time, paid on time, waited almost an hour, and got nothing — because of their delay.
To make it worse, I had to personally contact DoorDash to get a refund. The support process was tedious and robotic (asking me to “type in the meal name” — who memorizes that?). Yes, the money was refunded, but my lost time was not. Like I paid for having my breakfast, not waiting for 45 minutes and still remaining hungry🌚
This is a process failure, not a one-time mistake. If you can’t fulfill breakfast orders on time, don’t accept them. Wasting customers’ time like this is unacceptable.

I had a very pleasant experience at McDonald’s. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and met the quality I expect. What truly stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. In particular, Rosa at the counter was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. She handled my order with a positive attitude and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Great food and outstanding customer service. Well done to the team.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I waited for 15 minutes just to be served, but the wait wasn't even the worst part. When I reached the counter, the cashier was visibly annoyed and asked me, 'Why do you want to order? We are about to close.' While I understand it might have been a long day for her, her behavior was unprofessional. She was constantly touching her hair and using her phone, and then she proceeded to pack the food without washing or sanitizing her hands. The most disturbing part was seeing another staff member (a tall, large man) wipe his hands with a tissue, then wipe his nose with his bare hands before immediately preparing food. I was so disgusted by these hygiene violations that I threw my entire order in the trash. If I had seen anyone wash their hands even once, I might not have written this, but the lack of basic food safety standards was unacceptable. I will not be returning

Reviewing on same day as Dagloria, can confirm firm I’ve been stuck in line for 20 minutes, unable to leave. Cars I front of me haven’t been placed ever order yet, but there’s no line to the window. Absolute joke.

not my first experience here but definitely my last. i ordered on skip and the food was literally disgusting it would be too long to dive into. i decided to give it another try and come through the drive through and we we were waiting in line for like 20 mins with the line not moving. when i ordered at the speaker the worker sounded so annoyed and had the worst attitude and sounded like they didn’t even want to take my order. how do you guys only have 2 workers on shift at MCDONALDS. worst mcdonald’s in ontario

Terrible store. Staff doesn't care. Would rather chat amongst themselves. Food from kitchen ready sitting around visibly up front with workers ignoring not packaging. Non responsive to delivery at night. Making multiple people wait out in the cold with no idea of wait time as there's no communication. Worst out of every McDonald's I've been to in Ontario.

I waited at the drive-thru for around 12 minutes, and no one took my order. There were only two cars in line, so it shouldn’t have taken that long. The service at the drive-thru was very poor and disappointing. Only two cars ahead of me — terrible and unprofessional service.

I was at this McDonald’s over the weekend and decided to eat inside. While waiting for my order, I noticed that the workers making the food were NOT wearing gloves. I actually saw them touching the burgers with their bare hands, which was really concerning from a food safety point of view. It made me uncomfortable about eating the food and really disgusted me.
