Friday at noon, one burger and fries with a drink ordered ahead through the app! Got to the window and told to pull forward….. pay the person running to cars to get in the kitchen and we would avoid all this waste of time

So McDonald’s I ordered a happy meal. I asked for sweet and sour sauce on ever order with chicken nuggets but IT NEVER COMES so when you say you are giving me sweet and sour sauce ACTUALLY PUT IT IN THE BAG I hate my chicken nuggets with no sauce. So either put the sauce in the bag OR HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES WHO DO THARE JOB.

I don’t normally bother rating fast food unless I’ve had overwhelmingly positive or negative experiences. But this McDonald’s has been consistently positive! Staff have always been very friendly, food has always been very fresh and correct. Definitely go for drive thru if you can, the dining room is always chaotic. But as far as McDonald’s goes, this is probably the best one in Niagara and I wanted to give the staff a shout out for that 🙂

Hi im doordasher i have 2 order from u guys last night with the same number they give me first order but for the second they took 15-17 minutes but didn’t give me order if u guys have any issues just tell us so we can go to new order I knocked 5-6 time but response very bad experience with u guys
