Cold food and long wait for service in an empty restaurant. Update! Went to Montana's for a family dinner on Family Day! The food was hot and the service was good and quick! Nothing but good things to say about this last visit!
I had pick up for five (My Valentine wish for dinner). I ordered early that day before they got busy and she confirmed my order exactly. I also wrote my order down to give my husband in case there was a problem at the restaurant when he got there. When he got home I opened the bags happily hungry and eager to start eating our dinner. I was surprised to see that some of my order was missing ( ribs) and they put in other things which I did not order or really want. When I called and told her that we would be right back there with the food and bill she started questioning me and asking if I had opened the food etc. I was getting angry at this point feeling like I was lying or it was a scam etc. She said I would have to see the manager when we got there and this is when I lost it and told her to forget it I did not appreciate such poor service and that they had ruined my Valentine dinner (which by this time my stomach was in knots and I did not eat). I live in a seniors community so I will tell others here about our ordeal and to not buy there and we will not go any longer. I also apologized to the young lady on the phone before I hung up because I know it was not her fault and wished her a better evening.
