Visited today with my family, we have been coming here for years, but today was disappointing. The toppings were all dried out, and they only had a few sauces available. I asked if they had regular mayo, and she told me they only had lite…..only to watch them bring out regular mayo while we were eating. The woman who served us seemed condescending, always saying “yes please” if I didn’t say please after requesting a topping.

It has been sometime since I have gone to Mr. Sub. My husband and I decided to perhaps make this the place for our sub meal, as we have moved back to St. Catharines. We took our order out to our car to eat it there. To our surprise the paper the sub was wrapped in came out of the bag, but it wasn't securely wrapped, and it all came out the bottom, and all over the car. We have never had this problem at your competitor. We eat at least once a week a sub. However, I can pretty much say that we won't be going back if this is the care to make sure the sub is wrapped properly to prevent this. A sad outcome from a further potential customer.

I always do pick up on uber and these woman are SO nice when it comes to letting me change the toppings on my sub when I get the 2 for 1 with my child. The food is always so good, fresh and FULL. I don't get subs to often but they always remember me and spark some nice conversations and making you feel so welcomed 😊
