This is the second time I had a really stale bun. I went two weeks ago and got a sub and when I bit into it when I got home, the bread was stale and crumbling and falling apart. It was quite stale. I let it go as a once off thing.
I went today because I have an appointment and didn’t have time to make my dinner , so I got a sub. This time the bread was more stale , Almost hard, almost hard.
I suspect the new Canadians that own the establishment and operated it do not eat subs. Otherwise they wouldn’t feed stale bread to people..
If you look at my ratings on Google, I almost never complain, but this is ridiculous. I realize I’m not the only person that’s come here to complain about the stale bread.
You’re selling cheap subs. If you can’t provide fresh bread, you shouldn’t be selling subs. I won’t be going back there and giving them my money, that’s it.

Bought 2 subs. I can’t remember the name of it. It’s like a pulled meat/pork special.it was horrible. Couldn’t even eat it. Tasted like pure salt. Bread was flat and meat had no flavour other then just pure salt. Took 2 bites and threw it out. Also got an assorted sub. Bread was also flat and not very good. Meat was kinda salty as well and onions had a weird flavour. Was edible but not enjoyable. Won’t be returning. Spent 23 dollars so value wasn’t horrible but quality is not worth the visit. If I didn’t live 15 minute away from the wellend ave location I would’ve returned both subs for my money back. Save yourself a visit

Service was the worst. We walked into the store at 11:30 on a Sunday and the woman working had already started to close. When ordering she rushed us, refused to toast our sandwiches and microwaved the chicken. She was rude to other customers as well. Food was inedible.

First time I tried Veggie sub at Mr.Sub. Veggies were so fresh and everything was so clean. Staff was really friendly and they also recommended great sauces to add on. They also have Pure Leaf Lemon less sugar, cherry on top. Would recommend it for sure.
