I came in with a coupon for 3 subs for $25.90. I asked if the turkey was included in the classic subs, I wasn’t sure because I don’t normally go here and the menu kept flashing with different pictures. She said yes, the turkey can go with the coupon. At the very end she charges me the coupon price plus an additional $2.75 for each sub because she said they weren’t classics. I said I asked you 3 minutes ago before ordering and you said yes, they are. She seemed very confused. Large turkey subs are $10.97 so I feel like I actually paid more using this coupon than I would have by just buying them regular price. Will not return. Please train your staff better.

The owners are sooooo friendly every time we come in they smile and recognize us. So kind and really make you feel welcomed. They even gave us a special treat after finding out we had just got married before our most recent visit! So nice and yummy. Please support this business and kind owners.

The subs themselves were great, service was good, eating in was gross. Table surfaces are clean but edges were disgusting like they have never been wiped. Washrooms were even worse. Yellow stains on tile wall, grime and dirt along the floor corners. All three were so disgusting. They looked like they have never been mopped or properly cleaned since this location opened. This is a very new plaza build. I took photos because I couldn’t believe my eyes.

I’m sorry to say that I was very disappointed with this visit. I went in to get a couple of the 12” vegan Gardein meatballs. Instead, got something with black beans and corn. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there were 4 little flat pucks for the entire 12”. These were covered with the slightest bit of tomato sauce, leaving me to eat the stale bread on its own. I also asked for hot peppers but got next to nothing. I will not be returning to this location even though it’s the closest one to home. I’ve always enjoyed Mr. Sub much better than Subway. Thoroughly disappointed and upset!
