Mrs Fields Pretzel Maker

I’m surprised to see this Mrs. Fields Cookies & Pretzels location rated only 3 stars — I had a full 5-star experience! The staff were friendly, upbeat, and went out of their way to make me two fresh pretzels — the classic butter and salt. They came out warm, golden, and absolutely delicious! You can really taste the difference when they’re made fresh. Highly recommended for anyone craving a tasty snack while at the Pen Centre. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the 2nd time we have gone and attempted to get pretzel bites or pretzels between 4:15-4:30pm and are refused service because they are closing soon and they aren’t making any. They close at 5pm. Absolutely ridiculous. We usually get some everytime we are in the pen centre, my kids are not impressed (Us either)!
