Poutines aren’t good any more from here gravy isn’t flavourful you do get quite a bit but I’ve hade a better poutines at a dive bar

Stopped at New York fries and had to deal with a overly large tall dark male brown who had absolutely no respect for his customers and began to yell and claim harassment for inquiring and began to shoe me from his store

The food was exceptional! Every dish was a delight, especially the Works Poutine, which was cooked to perfection. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Definitely a must-try!

i frequent this location a lot. I always try to be as pleasant and patient as possible. While most team members here are very kind and respectful (Thank you!) the really old lady with short grey hair always seems bothered, annoyed, and irritated at everything. and is usually quite rude as a result. Her service alone makes me not want to visit this location, which is a shame because i enjoy the food.
I am regular customer as my son love fries so yesterday we visited I bought fries and drink combo and I bought something else for myself from different restaurant so when my son started to eat fries after couple of them he said they hard when I check they were looking leftover so I took them to counter and show them but my son was disappointed so we wanted to get something else but when we went back on our table so cleaner already thrown my food in bin and drinks too

An employee named Abhishek Mahajan made the most perfect fries I ever had in Canada. Made me understand why poutine is the National food here. Perfect amount of salt and cheese to top it off. Bless his soul! Manager give him a promotion ASAP!
