The owner, the same lady who works at the cash register, has awful manners. I'm saddened to see 1 year old reviews that complain about the same thing: poor service. If you don't like it, why work there? Food is nothing to write home about, the portions are small and the prices are high. You'll get a better experience elsewhere, that's for sure.

I've came here 4 times the first time i had a man that was nice and welcoming then its been woman after and they are not welcoming no smile no hi just waiting for you to order no spoon and did not come to see if i needed anything else. i don't know if they rather their own culture here but it's safe to say I wont be back.

I can’t fully explain it, but the customer service at the front was not good. The food was very delicious, and I even recommended it to a friend. When she went, without me telling her anything about my experience, she felt the same way: the food was great, but the service made her feel uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the food is really good, but the service needs improvement.

Great spot (there is parking in the back I missed) good vibes, delicious hot food, I like the old skool reggaeton. I had the paisana as you can see good sized portion, cheese fingers and a tres leches as well I havent tried just yet. Would visit again.

Origen Bakery & Bistro is a gem! The coffee is excellent, the treats are always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff are pleasant, friendly, and make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I'm really glad there's another latin place to eat and get coffee in downtown St Catherines specially a Colombian place. The empanas were french and crunchy, the coffee was high quality and the pastries and desserts absolutely greats and really felt like your back in Colombia.
