The pizza, subs, pasta.. it's all DELISH. People in reviews complaining about the owner being rude...he isn't, he is just a no nonsense man. If you don't know what you want before you call, want complicated orders like split flavour wings, and different pizza halves, stupid questions, or weird modifications this is not the place for you.
They do not do pastas when they are busy, it's very time consuming. If you have ever worked in a very busy local pizza place you would understand this. It's small quarters, with limited staff. He's actually a very nice guy, and the food is awesome!

I honestly don’t understand the hype around this pizzeria. Not only was the service extremely rude, but when we asked (as first-time customers) what a Panzarotti was, instead of explaining, they told us to “go look it up and find a picture.” I might have let that slide if the pizza itself had been good, but unfortunately it was bland and disappointing. Overall, a complete letdown. I do not recommend it. Judging from the owner’s replies to other reviews, it seems they don’t really care either. If you want good pizza and at least decent service, Fabio’s or Rollin’ are much better choices.

This is, quite frankly, the best pizza place in town. The ingredients are fresh, delicious and the prices are, quite simply, unbeatable. You will not find a cheaper pizza with the same quality. Hands down. Now, I must warn you. Many, many other people will agree with me on these points. So much so, that you are to expect, yes, expect, that especially on weekend nights, it will be so busy that they won't even be answering to their phone. You will have to go in and wait in line just to place your order. You will likely have to wait over an hour for your pizza. Count on it, be prepared, move your dinner earlier or later. Move your pizza movie game night to a weekday. Go do your grocery shopping while you wait for your order. But I tell you this. The prices and quality are absolutely worth the wait. Every time.
Try to do a walk in order, first got ignored, then when we tried to order a panzerotti the guy at the counter scoffed and said you can't order panzerotti as a walk in ( this location is walk in, pick up or delivery only), when I was like well I can order and come back he's like yeah 2 hours, and when I said really? then he started asking around and then he said a minimum of an hour. Like if you don't want to do it then take it off the menu.. terrible customer service. Ended up just leaving.
Response to owner: I don't care if there's a wait, that's normal. However, bad customer service is not appropriate. Frankly your double down on bad customer service is embarrassing and shows how unprofessional your business is. From other reviews this behaviour is the usual. Everywhere is busy, if you're struggling to keep up you should address that and make changes accordingly, whether you hire more staff, get more equipment or remove items from the menu that are too challenging or time consuming. Being rude or giving attitude to customers is NOT the answer. Also if you can handle bad reviews do better LOL you clearly can't handle criticism.

Best pizza and wings in St.Catharines this location only. This place has been around since the 90s but the owners changed hands over the years for the better. Its so busy now it may take 40 mins to and hour for your food only because they have 40 orders on the go at all times during the evening.

They dont respect customer but taste of their food is an excellent experience! I ordered a Panzerotti on the counter and guy was forcing me to go a head while i had no idea about my choice! He did not explain what is ingredients and whats included. Thanks anyway This is the result of not having competitors in this region.
