For the most part the food was pretty good. My wife and I both got pho and some fresh rolls. Both were good. The service was really lacking. They didn't check on us at all without me having to flag them down. No water or beverages were offered. There was also a really loud guy at another table that was talking on the phone so loudly we could barely hear ourselves think (not the restaurant's fault, however, they could have asked this guy to lower his voice or something as he was spouting off some very controversial topics, very loudly.) Everyone was looking at this guy. He was causing a scene. At the end of the day, it's not the restaurant's fault this guy is who is he is. It still made the atmosphere very uncomfortable which is the restaurants responsibility to handle. Without loud-mouth-Joe, the atmosphere would have been a 3-4 star. It’s ok. The bathrooms are very worn-down-looking and the doors have trouble locking on the stalls. I still give it a 4 star because despite these very minor inconveniences, the food was still good.
