Sandy was an amazing waitress, there were 2 waitresses working, and Sandy was the only waitress working, from taking orders, to clearing and wiping off tables to dealing with cash, the other waitress was doing nothing but sitting at a table on her computer, Sandy deserve complete praise, super friendly, hard worker, with a smile at every table. Food was delicious as always. Management or owner really needs to check on workers more often, not fair 1 amazing waitress( SANDY) does all the work and both get a pay cheque. Will definately be back.

Went to eat and at 2:30 they locked the doors and were closed when clearly on their own sign it said until 3. Adjust your hours to 2:30 or actually close your doors at 3 like you stated. Used to like coming here but ill take my business elsewhere that actually honors their own business hours.

Well we had a new waiter...it's not phyls in the falls..but still have a good tip..didn't even get a coffee refill.

Our visit to the restaurant was fantastic. Food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant is very clean and appealing with great atmosphere. Our server Shioban was wonderful and added to the great experience. Compliments to the chef who made one of the best Reuben sandwiches I’ve ever had! our family will be back. Thank you.

Went here for breakfast while staying at NOTL. Ordered Belgian waffles with whip cream and strawberries as well as Nat's famous omelette which consists of red peppers, tomato and cheese. Food was what you would expect at a breakfast diner, we enjoyed it. Service was slow. We were greeted promptly and our order was taken at a reasonable time, but there were no check ins with us in terms of coffee top offs like other establishments. Our food took quite a bit of time to get to us, I was already done with my coffee when our order came, our waitress said she will be back to give more shortly. She never came back. I noticed the other waitress topping off customers across the place. This kind of makes the experience lack something when you can't sip on your morning coffee while eating. So the lower star rating was based on our service. Will try a different place next time we visit.

Came here today and had a clubhouse fries and steak melt! Our service and food were AMAZING!! Highly recommend for lunch. Siobhan was our waiter and she was such a delight to deal with :)
