Pita Lite Shawarma

Disappointed with the service and quality of food. Frozen store bought gyro meat sticks, wilted and browning lettuce, flavour was meh, nothing really stuck put as good especially the service. But hey, at least it was overpriced too! Definitely a downturn from the place that operated out of that spot a few years ago (pre-COVID).

In response to the reply from Pita Lite. The gyro meat, that I watched the worker take out of the freezer, is the same flat oval formed meat that you buy at the grocery store. I buy it on occassion for a cheap at home meal, but I go to restaurants and pay much more for real gyro, not the frozen processed crap. Yes, you have been there 4 years, but the place previous, with a similar menu, was much better in quality, pricing, quantity and staff, and I was sad to see it go. Hell, the lady working there put brown lettuce in my salad and then brought out new lettuce for the next order. She proceeded to make a comment that she (the other customer) gets the good lettuce while looking at me and down at my salad that was still not finished and looked gross. I truly have no desire to go back to the location to speak with anyone and will simply eat at one of the many other places there.

I will give a gift to the person who finds the chicken in the chicken rice plate I bought for 11 dollars! I did not buy that dish thinking I would eat rice and potatoes. It was so bad I could never get enough. It is definitely not worth the price. It needs to be inspected...

The experience was exceptional. I was greeted with a warm smile, and the falafel was delicious and satisfying. The customer service was truly impressive, particularly Harman, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise.

Cashier picked her nose as I walked by. I would love to have your booger hands on my food that you touch, A++!Edit: it was the pen center location approx 1:20pm EST. All I can say was it was a lady with darker skin and there was a man beside her as well.

Ordered the beef kabob plate and chicken Shawarma wrap on Saturday. The female employee made is super delicious. Very kind service. Also very clean restaurant, wear gloves and cleaned table before and after my order. Thanks for great food. We ended up buying another plate when we left from mall.

Our son took take out for our family, so I can only review food. That was the worse chicken shawarma I ever had. Meat was mostly dark, over dry like crumbs and very small amount. Pickles sweet, no coleslaw available, no tabbouleh, no tahini sauce. Dry dry dry. Nothing like the previous one. Nothing like original one. I want be buying there anymore

I ordered the chicken shawarma poutine (medium). It was around 16 dollars with tax and had a decent serving size. It tasted fine when I first started eating it but then I started noticing like that frozen food taste when something frozen isn't properly cooked, I had a hard time trying to finish my meal with the frozen taste.

I ordered my meal on doordash and there was an issue with the app on the restaurants end. When i arrived to pick up my order she explained the situation to me and was very courteous and helpful. I ordered at the register instead and got my meal quickly.I ordered chicken shawarma on the rocks and it’s so good. Fantastic service and food.

This is the best food court food you could possibly get! I live 3 hours away and would gladly travel just to get the chicken shawarma meal here.
