I ordered my meal on doordash and there was an issue with the app on the restaurants end. When i arrived to pick up my order she explained the situation to me and was very courteous and helpful. I ordered at the register instead and got my meal quickly.I ordered chicken shawarma on the rocks and it’s so good. Fantastic service and food.

This is the best food court food you could possibly get! I live 3 hours away and would gladly travel just to get the chicken shawarma meal here.

My experience is unusual from most. My husband and I were at a park near Niagara Falls this past week & saw this perfect picnic, cookout set up & as we strolled by, the smell of the food cooking was amazing! We asked the the man who was cooking, what it was. He was an owner of Pita lite and and explained about his chicken and beef and sauces (kabobs) were all put together & his “trick” for getting beef to stay on the skewer! Sayed was having a, much needed, family vacation and as we spoke, they kindly offered us to join them. We instead, gladly accepted a plate to share. The food was absolutely delicious!!!My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food & the kindness & generosity of Sayed’s beautiful family! Thank you for sharing and we wish there were a Pita lite near us!!!Well wishes!!!!

Only thing “lite” about this place is the “lite” amount of meat they give you.They raised their prices and managed to give less and less meat at every order. Went from ordering here regularly to never again.
Authentic shawarma, delicious spices used on the chicken. Very fresh. We bought extra tsadziki cause we love that garlic flavour.

Very disappointed in the portion of food of the Chicken Shawarma for 14.95 plus tax and no salad on the side. The take out container is half the size of other Shawarma restaurants for the same price.They charge only $9.50 in store and raise the price to $14.95 on Uber Eats which is not fair since I have to pay a service fee of $2.99, a delivery fee of $6.49, and tip the driver another $5. So in total I am paying $30 for delivery when it is only $10 in store.
