Pitas were terrible and ovepriced. Brought our pitas home and they were awfully dry and we realized whoever worked there hadn't put any sauce in our pitas. If im not mistaken it should have some kind of garlic mayo sauce or cheese or something but no, no sauce and she didn't even ask us if we wanted sauce. Can't imagine I'll ever go back, so bad.

I am allergic to gluten and am a vegetarian. I ordered two veggie GF pitas with doritos(GF) and I was sent meat in my wraps with sun chips..

I have been going to Pita pit for three years now and I have never had an issue, But I’m honestly so disappointed in my service. I was dealing with this young blonde girl. I asked her if she could cook my protein longer didn’t cook my protein at all. Every single utensil was cleaned and washed. She couldn’t even cook my protein properly because she didn’t have any utensils. It was actually raw, and my pita wrap was two times smaller than what it usually is.

Went in tonight October 18, 2025 (we had our puppy Dexter with us in his bag) the lady serving us was phenomenal, our pitas were made perfectly all the toppings were placed evenly so we didn't have clumps of toppings in places and no toppings in others. We didn't get her name, but wanted her to be recognized for her awesome pita making skills. Oh and it was only her 5th day working there.

We also called the store to let them know she was awesome (her shift had just finished when we called)

Thanks so much for great service

I got a rice bowl and a pita. I noticed the lettuce looked really gross. I should have spoke up but I didn't. They usually have lots of fresh ingredients. Today the vegetables looked less than fresh. Not sure what was in the lettuce but one side looked kinda dirty...like something fell in there and made the lettuce rotten. Turned me off. So I got spinach instead of lettuce. Some of the other veggies looked like wrinkly like they were old. The service was good. The young man who served me was really nice.
The chicken in my rice bowl seems of lower quality as well. Lots of fatty pieces. Not sure why the quality has declined, but its disappointing.

2nd year ordering box of Pitas for party. This year was a Sweet 16 Birthday and our daughter got her Favorite Pita added into the box. I posted the picture with the special message inside. We are so appreciative of the extra care. Thanks for the great service! You do a great job.

Staff at this location and the service is great. Never had an issue and I come here all the time.
The previous review below by lech is ridiculous instead of posting it on Google. How about next time you contact the owners or managers directly and give them a chance to rectify the situation Instead of posting a Google review. being a small business owner myself this will be a lot helpful than a chapter on a Google review.

I used to visit Pita Pit in northern Toronto every week and always looked forward to the meal but that was a good few years ago so, when I saw this one at 311 Geneva St, in St. Catherin'es, my wife and I were excited to grab a quick bite there as I had always enjoyed my previous visits. When we walked in, there was one server behind the counter and another sitting laughing at one of the tables. I explained that it had been a while since we had been in and so asked the server a few questions. These were responded to in a matter of fact way with minimum enhancement. We checked out the selections on offer and placed our order for 1 small and 1 medium wholewheat chicken pita plus chips and soft drinks. I paid but frankly did not feel inclined to tip anything because I did not feel the server was at all helpful. We sat and were eventually called over to the counter and asked what we wanted for fillings. The first thing we noticed was that the server was about to fill the wrong size of pita. She was about to serve both pitas as a medium size. When this was mentioned, the server changed one of the mediums for a small pita this without apology. We also noted that there was no way of telling if we were actually getting wholewheat or plain because all the bread seemed to look the same. Once the pitas were heated we collected them and sat down. The small pita was warm but the medium pita had cold sections to it. I took it back to hand it to the server who, took her time to respond and left me waiting while she struggled with her plastic gloves (commendable but overly slow as if demonstrating her objection to doing so). I waited like this for a couple of minutes then, simply placed the cold pita on the counter near to her. I believe it must have touched an open pack of cold pita breads that was lying on the counter because the server started complaining that I should not have done that while removing the cold pita and forcefully throwing it into a bin. Why had the pita pack been lying open on the counter in the first place? The server then proceeded to make another one without checking that the contents were as originally ordered so I was left hoping that most of the contents would be as originally ordered. I left things at that and went back to my seat to wait while my wife was already well through her meal. The new pita was made and placed on the counter for collection without audible notification that it was ready. Considering it had been returned cold and was remade, it would have been a nice gesture to have had it brought to the table. Movng on, we eat our food and I asked the second server how the wholewheet varied from the plain because the pitas we had eaten had tasted like plain. I was shown a small colour code on the plastic pits bags which appeared different. I then asked which ones we had been given and was told 'the ones you had asked for'. I asked which were they and was told 'I don't remember, it was 15 minutes ago'. I was then accused of 'throwing' the cold pita at the other server when I had returned it which I had not and responded accordingly adding that she had been in the washroom so how would she have know what happened. I was then told that they had cameras and that I was being argumentative and was to leave the premises. I explained that we were simply looking for clarification and with that left mentioning that they should check their Google Reviews when they had a chance. We are both in our mid seventies and neither of us had ever experienced anything like this in all our years of visiting other Pita Pits or any other fast food establishments. We do appreciate that these servers probably earn a minimum wage but their attitude to customers is unacceptable. They are still employed to provide a service to customers which should always be provided without any drama and unpleasantness. We will not be back.

MISLEADING advertising. Beware, as I only ordered three things off the menu so who knows what other deceptive misrepresentations there could be. I wanted a side to go along with my pita and got what I believed, according to the pic and their own website as well as Uber’s (which appears to be the same pic drawn from PP’s own site) was to be 6 falafel ‘pattie’s’ with a single dipping sauce. I enjoy falafels and have seen them in every shape and size during my travels around the globe - given that, these were smaller than most - but hey, we take our chances right? What I do however take umbrage with is the misleading photograph showing 6 ‘Pattie’s’ when in fact I was provided with 4 - essentially a single more than what would have been half the amount pictured?!?!?!

With the delivery company I used having various charges such as service fees, delivery fee, taxes and of course a tip - these could easily run upward of $8 depending!!! I would not have ordered if I was aware I would be getting simply one more than half of what they actually purported through the photograph.

Honestly and transparency go a long way but such was not so today. FAIL.
