Someone with coeliac disease the worker Jenna snow made the best gluten-free pita , no cross contamination and it was delicious. I left with a full belly and no reaction.❤️ also Thomas was so awesome gave me such amazing service!!

This location is way better than fourth ave in St. Catharines, their staff are so friendly, Ella suggested the spicy Greek which was amazing, they love to make conversation, it’s clean and fresh. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a very new location but the staff is very experienced and extremely friendly. I have been a patron of this business for many years and I've never had any sort of ordering issue. This place is extremely clean and has ample seating for groups of guests. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken Caesar pita. There is an online loyalty program which you can earn points for free food. This location is amongst some of the best locations of the chain.
Dietary restrictions: Because of the nature of the menu, the menu was extremely accommodating to those with exceptional dietary requirements. Those with extreme allergies should be able to find a way to work with the business.
Parking: Parking is shared with multiple businesses.
Way too expensive for what you get. I can see why the place was empty at lunch time. $22 and change for a BLT pita and a pop??? No thanks!!

Always a lineup, never enough staff working, takes forever to even order. Go to Urban Cravings & you’re in and out in under 10 mins, sometimes 5 mins because they always have enough staff working as a team effort. Having 1 person on cash/grill & 1 person making food is NOT good service at all. That’s why you have people walk in, turn around and walk out.
