Pizza Hut St. Catherines

Driver delivers to wrong apartment building. I have to drive home from work to go find out where he is because he tells me my buzzer isn't working and when I finally do figure out what's going on and receive my cold pizza and melted ice cream and call the store they tell me they don't do refunds and they will just talk to driver. Pizza Hut is trash.

Nice pizza nice staff

This location is fine. It's a Pizza Hut in 2026 so you know you are getting some mediocre but predictable pizza quality. However, this location has something really interesting about it; they can't do dips. Whether you order a Marinara Dip or a Creamy Garlic Dip you simply will not get it. But don't worry too much, you'll still get the pleasure of paying for it. The price is up to, what, $1.50 now? You just won't receive the physical dip in your order.

I don't want to get into conspiracy territory but I think this location may have been black listed for dips. Why? I don't know, you figure it out. All I know is you've been warned. I'm over $15 in the hole on these mystery dips that may or may not exist, but I'm not going to stop until I get to the bottom of this dip-related mystery. Not just for me. But for you; the great people of St. Catharines. And for the once great chain known as Pizza Hut!

I don't care if Pizza Hut steals another $40 in dips from me. Sure, I could have gotten a quarter of a large stuffed crust pizza for that price, but you know what's worth more than $40? Pride! Pride in one's ability to fulfil a pizza order! So I'm going to keep fighting no matter what these people throw at me. As long as they don't throw a dip. That would be too ironic.

Food was good as always but also the service being poor as always. Made me wait almost 22 mins for one small pizza. The store wasn’t busy but I don’t think the guy knows what he is doing.

Disappointed. Ordered large breadsticks and they didn't put any of the salt/seasoning on top. Its just bread and cheese.

We ordered delivery which we do roughly once a month and our pizza was undercooked. I understand a one off can happen so we didn’t complain just cooked it longer ourselves. The next time we ordered it was undercooked again but we didn’t realize until after our child had a piece and ended up being sick all night. I’ve completed the survey twice and no one has contact me - just want them to know the quality has gone downhill. We used to order often but won’t be anymore.

They were really shortstaffed and really behind on orders and my pizza was late. The lady working went above and beyond to make me feel appreciated for waiting. They definitely have great customer service.
