Staff here are clueless. Pizza is inconsistent. Go to another location. Prices are getting high. Free WiFi. No credit card surcharge. The dining area is messy. Washrooms need work. Pizza by the slice is never fresh. Like it's been sitting there all day.

Ordered from this pizza pizza just now and man they read back the order well and then the pizza comes it’s missing toppings I have ordered and clearly heard them read back the correct order but still don’t get my right pizza . And their excuse is sir we didn’t charge you for it, but I still ordered certain toppings and am willing to pay ?? Shitty service/ also tried to order again from them delivery was supposed to be $ 54 with change uploaded the picture of my email receipt and they got here and charged me 60$ because they didn’t have Italian ham and called me switched for Salami which neither are premium toppings and it should’ve been just a swap, why did I aquire extra charge because they didn’t have the toppings ??

A not so pleasant experience, the service was very late, it is a fast food place, it is impossible that I should wait 20 minutes for them to serve me (being without customers) and another 20 to prepare the pizzas.
The place was empty, fairly organized, and quite comfortable. I suppose we'll see the real capacity in the summer. With the attention they provide, they'll have a long line outside.
The prices and food are truly worth the wait. The pizza was good, as was the combo with a generous portion, dips, and four sodas. The promotions are also good.
By improving service, they'll achieve a 5 stars for sure.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. When it arrived there was someone's hair in the box. I'm praying it's just a beard hair but it looks like a pub 🤮 needless to say I didn't eat my pizza. People should be wearing hair and beard nets when handling food.

It's only been a few experiences, but they've never been great.

Friendly workers. Clean place. Large 3 topping pizza with 3 cans of iced tea and 3 dips for under $22 which is a fair price! Good pizza! I also like that they have a Christmas Tree in there during winter. It brings cheer during these times. Thank You😃👍

Was the absolute worst customer service. Delivery took forever then the driver refused to drop it off, demanding payment when I had paid online. Will never return to this location.
Customer service that reached out did nothing. Recommend not wasting your time. There are so many better pizza joints downtown within a few steps! That’s where I intend to spend my money from now on. Not wasting money on people that treat you like garbage.
