I would highly recommend not to go to the pizza store in Downtown St Catharines the owners there take it into their own hands and make small pizzas cut them up and sell them as slices giving you maybe a quarter of a regular slice

Pizza Pizza, for me has been a life long love affair.This particular location, I've put up with for to long.It has a long history & tradition. Of being the worst Pizza Pizza in the Garden City.Filthy and disgusting, it's only state. Consistent standard, sticky tables & counters.Rude, ignorant, arrogant, entitled, incompetent staff. Disrespectful & dishonest.They're low character & work ethic.Yields on the regular, miss orders, underdone, overdone pizza. Old left out disgusting pizza.The staff regularly will, lie be dishonest or deny. When addressing customer complaints & concerns. As if there is no accountability or consequence.They behave as if they are above & without care of their customers.Hate working or their jobs. Lazy & look bothered to come to the front counter.Makes you afraid, the health of your food, their lack of humanity.I Can Not!Vouch or recommend this Restaurant.

Best Pizza Pizza around. Obviously I’ve been to plenty but this one by far is top notch. From the friendly customer service to the quality cooked food, this is the best one. No matter if it’s a regular daytime snack or a nighttime brawl this staff is ready for it all. 5 stars to these guys for several years of quality service.

I only have 30 minutes for lunch and frequent this Pizza Pizza. I go here not for the spectacular tasting pizza, but for a quick easy bite to eat within walking distance of my work. I always tip nicely and just get a pepperoni slice. When I arrived at this location today myself and another gentleman were outside in the rain until 11:06am. I was hopeful this was just for prep and there would be a slice ready to go. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have been to other pizza pizzas at 11am sharp and they are ready to go with pizza. Sadly left just a bad taste in my mouth and my wet clothes. I will take my business else where. Do better pizza pizza.
