I've had individual pies and large lies to heat at home. The food quality is fantastic, and I love the selection of British treats that they also sell. The customer experience is a bit bleak. I never felt welcome, somehow as if I'm putting the man behind the counter out,like he's not actually glad I'm.there. And I've not been offered any convenient way to get my purchases our of the store. It's very weird. The pies are fantastic and I will recommend the shop and continue to go there, I also think the large lies are great value, but I do wish customer service felt like it held some importance to them.

Preston Pies used to be a phenomenal spot for British food. Sadly, the quality continues to decrease as prices increase. The service is not what it used to be either. I thought it might've been an off day once in a while, that maybe the person cooking/baking that day didn't care as much about the food, but it's clear that it's trending downward.

I never leave reviews so you know I’m being honest when I say that this place has to have the most delicious pies I have ever had. Specifically the steak and mushroom/guiness pie. It’s savoury and the crust is so light. All the pies are pre cooked so you just have to heat them up. Definitely a hidden gem and I would 100% recommend giving them a try!

Sorry to say .I thought I would give it another try . because last time pie was so stale .it broke up in pieces! Yet again both pastry was stale as hell .please if it is not fresh don't sell it at full price .at least post it on too good to go site .as day olds ! I don't like to leave a bad review.but for your price .u should not sell day old stale items .but on the plus side very friendly staff.

Saw the sign and stopped in. I purchased steak and mushroom pies and peach turnovers. Both are fantastic! I won't go through St Catherines ever again without a stop a Preston Pies.

I have been buying pies and sweets there for years I got stake pies and sausage rolls scotish pies absolutely terrible I don't know what happened its not the same very disappointing
The best meat/steak pies you’ll ever have. I love this place! Excellent variety of sweets too. I always stock up when I visit!
