Great selection, prices are good. Staff are always friendly and if you're like me and don't read or speak Dutch, they have no issue telling you what something is if you can't figure it out. I come here for my yearly letters, croquettes, and boterkoek. Lots of other things here though.

The store was a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Most definitely a happy place.

Amazing small business. We always come around Christmas time, and they had the cookies I've been looking everywhere for! Lovely friendly staff, we'll be coming back again and again!

Fresh olliebollen every Sat until Christmas. Almost as good as OMA used to make...

I love this Dutch store. I get all my European favorites and Dutch cheeses
Good selection of products but a scary amount of items past their expiry date.

There are a couple of ways to get Dutch food in the US, mostly ordering on line. Ramakers Imports has also a real shop, and it almost feels like walking into a small Dutch store. It is just over an hour drive from Buffalo and it is worth a trip. Of course Dutch cheese (we were lucky, it was on sale), chocolates, drop (licorice) and seasonal items. This time of year that means St. Nicolaas treats like pepernoten, amandelstaven, taai taai and chocolate letters. The prices are very reasonable, it is definitely worth a trip across the border.

If you cannot afford a ticket to the Netherlands, but really want some typical Dutch food and treats, Ramaker's in St. Catherine's, Ontario is the closest place to shop from my home. It is approx. 1 1/2 hours over the border from Buffalo,NY.Dutch cheeses, licorice (called drop), Dutch chocolates and cookies, and at this time of the year, foods for St. Nicholaas time (amandelstaven, taai taai, pepernoten and chocolate alphabet letters).
