Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Wish I could give a 0 star if I could. It’s always the same small brown girl who gives me problem whenever I come here, and I’ve never had a problem with any other worker but her. She needs to be retrained especially in customer service the way she dismisses everyone. I come up to order and her eyes are glued to her phone and I have to say hello to get her attention. Then she looks at me dead in the eye with attitude and tells me to self order. I tell her I’m paying by cash and she seems so annoyed by this, as I order the Mango slush I always get. Her attitude and rude behaviour just ruined the rest of my night and the drink wasn’t even freshly made when she poured from the blender that was sitting there. My drink tasted super watered down nothing like the normal mango slush I get, If you ever want a good experience, avoid her at all costs.

I ordered an orange slush and it was full of chopped up seeds, ice chunks and very little orange flavour. Unfriendly service as of late. My daughter went back today and watched boba spill on the counter while being refilled and the woman scooped it up bare hands and all and put it in the container. Never again!!

This is a real fun boba place, my kid loves the interactive ordering screen and the taste of their mango pineapple slushy and ice crush passion fruit is the best. We have brought friends there and theyloved it . My only suggestions is for the girls working there that are sometimes super friendly and other time act a bit like you are bothering them , especially one doing the closing shift if you get there after 8.30 pm . Stay friendly and welcoming please 🩷 We all run on super busy schedules and sometimes 8.30 pm , 8.45 pm or so is the time we can make.it to our favorite boba shop.🤩

4PM, very beautiful captivating girl that makes you want to order. Looked very busy working alone but took her time taking my order and was very nice. I got their best selling Mango Diamond Slush. Tasted amazing! Definitely will come again.

The service and product at this location is absolutely phenomenal! However, I have beef with the CEO…Ken Yang…BROTHER…Sir….Mister Yang…change the alert BEEPING volume on your POS. I did a quick google image of the product you use, it looks like this model: “22 27 Touch Screen Self-service Kiosk Payment Terminal Self Ordering Kiosk Fast Food Self” that I’m assuming you got on Alibaba. The owners manual is available as a free .pdf to download.

Send the instructions to your manager(s) and lower the beep volume. It’s unnecessarily loud, it annoys your staff, it affects mall guests and even the store next to yours complained to me about it. Small things like this can make you unliked by other businesses and leas to customers like me being like “the bubble tea was great but while I waited for my order I almost went deaf…”

Not a pleasant way to sip my Peach Green tea with extra boba.

Anyway, thanks your lovely staff, they made up for the intolerable noise pollution.

Place was super clean and my drink was made quickly and efficiently. I got a strawberry banana smoothie and i plan on coming back so i can try all the other flavours!!!

I've tried a few of their drinks; the mango and strawberry ones are my favorites. Plus, the vibe is super chill, and the staff are friendly, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends. If you're into bubble tea, you’ve got to check this place out!

Best customer service and really nice people

The mango diamond slush from Real Fruit is amazing. Super fresh, not too sweet, and the mango chunks make it even better. Perfect on a hot day. Definitely getting it again!

I’m a boba nut and this place has the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Literally better than anything I’ve had in San Diego. They have some amazing employees with fantastic energy. I’ll definitely be checking out some of the places you suggested I visit during my stay in St. Catherines.

I will be in St.Catherines for a few more days and I’m def coming back.
