I used to really like ordering from here but their food has really gone down in quality. They've changed the size of the chicken sandwich and bun to be smaller, which is not reflected in any photos online.

Didn't make it easy to order! Called twice, they don't do orders over the phone? Because they are a part of Jack Astor's.
Fine. Need to place an order online. Download some Inspired Rewards app. Location not found! Defaulting to Toronto?
Go back to St. Catharines' site. Add to cart. Sign up. Add CC details. Place order. Error message!!
Go to location in person, wait half an hr. Didn't give fries as part of the combo.
The Nashville spicy chicken sandwich was good, but the lettuce wasn't. The effort to try out a new place was not worth it.

Food was really tasty, great flavor and the fries were amazing. Ordered through skip the dishes and unfortunately they forgot the pickles, but was still very pleased with the meal.

I ordered the Nashville hot sandwich deluxe combo on skip the dishes, and the food was still hot upon delivery! The sandwich was so flavourful, spicy, and very filling. The mac and cheese was great as well! Would definitely order again.

Four of us ordered combos (3 renegade, 1 buffalo). The three renegade combos were delicious, and the Mac and cheese side is awesome and a decent size.Unfortunately, my sister who ordered the buffalo combo had raw chicken. It had to be put back in the oven for a few. This was through Uber eats - and while that service was fast, we cannot comment on the customer service or physical location.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have ordered from here twice and had no problems. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a very good amount of flavour and heat. The chicken strips were also very good and without being sauced have a good flavour to them. I highly recommend trying this place.

Really disappointing amount of chicken for the price and a ridiculously small amount of fries. Ordered a combo and it didn't come with any dill pickle, wasn't a complicated order it's hardly rocket science. Chicken was quite mushy and gross and all the food was cold. Only upsides were the sauces but honestly, I have no reason to recommend this place and will actively tell people to avoid.

I ordered chicken wing combo. I wanted it sauced and tossed and they weren’t, we also were supposed to get a pound of fires with 2 lbs of wings. We got maybe half a pound, very small amount. The fries weren’t fully cooked, super greasy, mushy and cold. The chicken wings were good just wish that had sauce. I would possibly order again just for the chicken.

The fries here were soggy and gross, I got violent salmonella from the Nashville hot sandwich , on top of that it wasn’t good anyway, threw it out when I was halfway done eating it, because it was very very rubbery. That should of been the clue it wasn’t fully cooked.

They charge $7 for a bottle of water which is $2 in any store and way cheaper from any supplier. That's basically stealing from their customers. Shame on these guys.

I live less than a 1km from Renegade Chicken. I ordered the sauced and tossed chicken fingers with fries. When I received my food it was ice cold. The fries were mushy, cold and not cooked and the chicken was mushy and cold. When I tried to call the restaurant I sat on hold for over 20 minutes before being disconnected. Very disappointing
