I recently ordered dinner through Skip the Dishes from Ricki Jo's as a surprise for someone. The online menu didn’t list dessert, so I called the restaurant directly and spoke with Andrea, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, accommodating, and clearly understood my concerns about making sure the order — which was scheduled for hours later — would go through smoothly. She walked me through exactly what she’d do, and her confidence and attention to detail...
As always, a great experience here food is very good and decently priced service was spectacular. We had Jess..as our server …she had a lovely demeanor, friendly knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall great value in good experience.
The food was great, however the service was less than desirable. We spent over an hour in the restaurant, only about 15 minutes of it was spent eating. Our server was kind and gracious, but just.. backwards and slow.
