I was honestly disappointed with the food and service I received at Saigon banh mi. I ordered two pork banh mi, two spring rolls, and a boba. I waited for over an hour and the food was barely warm. The boba was over priced but decent tasting. I personally could not finish the sandwich and ended up throwing it away. Overall a sad experience and a waste of money.

The spring rolls? Best I've ever had. The iced latte? Absolutely delicious. The banh mi? This was the first banh mi I've ever tried in my life but it was so delicious. I got the garlic butter chicken one and it was juicy, so flavorful, so filling and the veggies were crisp and fresh.
I cannot recommend this place enough.

My husband and I have been meaning to try here for awhile now and I'm so glad we decided to stop today. What a charming restaurant! The authentic bread was baked fresh in front of me. Sandwiches were jam-packed with tasty ingredients. The coconut slushy was so refreshing! I Spent 45 minutes talking to a lovely young man, Patrick. It's always a pleasure talking with another Niagara college culinary management graduate! I wish you many blessings on your business and I hope you do well! We will definitely be back.

I’ve ordered pick-up here a few times, usually placing my order about 30 minutes ahead. But every time I arrive, I still have to wait quite a while because there’s only one person working. The food is decent, not bad, not amazing, but the wait time is definitely too long for pick-up. Would be nice if they could speed things up or have more staff during busy hours.

Very disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee and received a cup that was more than half full of ice, with barely any coffee and just a splash of milk. Felt like I paid for a cup of ice with a hint of flavor. For the price, I expected a proper drink, not something so diluted. Definitely won’t be coming back. Quality and quantity matter
