great experience. The food tasted great and the prices were very resonable. But, the menu prices were cheaper than what was calculated on the bill. I dont know if this is intentional but it was slightly misleading. Still good pricing and food though 👍

I’ve been to this restaurant before and always had a great experience, so I was surprised and a bit disappointed with my recent takeout order. I ordered several rolls of sushi and didn’t receive any soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, or even chopsticks. I’ve never had to specifically request those items when ordering sushi—they’re usually included by default. It made the meal feel incomplete. Hopefully this was just a one-off oversight, but I wanted to share in case it helps improve future takeout orders.

If you are a sushi lover you should try out a different place because I found every bite had an interesting after taste. I ordered the tom yum soup and felt it did not give the typical tom yum flavour. As well, when I went between lunchtime to evening on a weekday and no one was in the restaurant other than me and my group. For all you can eat, I guess it was okay but the food quality was not there. There are other options that are a better bang for you buck.

Really kind staff and great food! Truly a hidden gem in St. Catharines. Also cheaper than similar restaurants in the area.

All you can eat sushi is typically not the best quality. Seasons sushi was no exception to this. The sushi was extremely bland and the sashimi had a weird aftertaste to it. On a positive note, the food did arrived quickly after ordering and the (human) staff were pleasant. The robot waiters seemed unnecessary considering we were the only guests in the restaurant at the time. The most enjoyable part of our dining was going through the photos that people had taken on the ordering iPads.

Regular customer here. The young lady that worked the front on Tues, June 10 in the evening was amazing. She is the most friendliest and helpful employee this place has ever had. It is difficult to find a friendly, outgoing person working the front in any restaurant ever since the pandemic. She deserves this 5-star review.

Susan and Nelly were fantastic! Thank you for a great experience we had a party of 11 and they were so flexible and accommodating. If you are planning a dinner for the family it’s a great place to go!
