My wife and I have never been here before, we ordered a large poutine and a can of soda, the gentleman said it will be $25.00……..we were a bit shocked and I jokingly said it better be the best poutine we’ve ever had….. OMG ,,,,,, it was the absolute best poutine we’ve ever had in our lives! Dam rite we’ll be back and as far as the price goes,it is what it is❤️

Terrible experience, my family and I decided to grab dinner after sports. We paid $95.00 for our dinner, and as we were waiting for our food the hydro went out.. long story short they would not give our money back even without any of our food. They said they would sort the issue as soon the hydro come back on, it’s been nearly 24 hours and we still have yet to receive our money. They do not care about their customers, and will gladly take your money!

I ordered from here and they gave me what can only be described as biological warfare. It was a disgusting mountain of rotten gravy on the soggiest fries the could fish out of the bottom of the grease trap. And the only edible thing was the cheese curds and bacon bits but they were unfortunately drowned in the disgusting vomit they called food.

So kind people, amazing putin available nice way they make love it, amazing 👏 🤩 game zone available.

The place to go if you want any type of poutine going.

Friendly, big menu, service was quick, and food tasted amazing. Not the greatest location downtown st catherines when picking up from Smokes as for parking and nightlife.

I started feeling really sick while eating from here tonight. Hours later, after waking up still feeling sick, I decided to look at the reviews. Really concerned about the reviewer saying they had food poisoning and to look up this place's health report!

I came on Halloween weekend and why was the girl in a costume behind the counter flirting with my man? That’s so unprofessional. The moment I went to get a seat she decided to flirt and say he “deserves 17 packs of ketchup” when he asked for ketchup. Is she okay????

They accept the order at night even when the store is closed even though shown open on uber eats and then don’t cancel the order for hours.

Went after a long night out. I got a Philly Cheesesteak poutine (10/10) and my partner got a traditional. The traditional had maybe 5-6 cheese curds, personally I feel it’s not worth the price, you should get more cheese.

So I ordered from this place on skip the dishes app I ordered a regular size poutine not a snack size poutine and I got a snack size poutine I ordered the tots on top I got a snack size poutine with tots on top plus green onions I did not order the green onions been ordering from the same place for 5 years can I go back and get another one and get it replaced and the guy didn't even give me fries he gave me tater tots gravy and cheese things better change right quick because that's not how you make a poutine

I went here recently after going a few times but on my most recent visit, I got food poisoning, having to take a visit to the hospital. Niagara Region conducted a health inspection and if you view the results online, there’s no surprise I got so sick. Avoid at all costs.

I’m guessing the franchise was sold to an Indian same with the one in Niagara Falls after overhearing conversation and he laid off all the white people that I was used to seeing there. Thanks for ruining a Canadian chain and taking jobs away from people who lived here their entire life. Never coming back.
