Very nice experience here. Greeted by friendly host and seated immediately. The establishment was clean. I ordered pancakes and bacon which were tasty. Server was very friendly and polite.

Staff are very very good

Called in to ask a question and was met with a rude employee who hung up on me before I could finish asking my question. One thing I value the most with a business is customer service and treating paying customers with respect. To hang up on a customer because you are impatient tells me all I need to know. If it were my business and my employee did that to a customer they would be fired. Reputation is everything. It's too bad because food is great unfortunately that is only a small part of running a successfully business.

Our first time there and we were overall pleased. The food was great and at decent price. Service was not on point, we had to steal creamers from another table and had to ask for more water and coffee. Other than that the lady were nice.

First time at a Stacked restaurant and was not disappointed. I definitely will be trying other locations closer to home hopefully i receive the same service and food experience as I did here. The servers was attentive, friendly which is nice to see. Definitely come with an appetite, the portions are large, you will not be disappointed. The food arrived quickly made as requested and fresh. Ordered The Lotus Biscoff Pancakes and the Strawberry Banana Nutella Cream French Toast regular coffee and cranberry juice. Coffee was hot and asked by server constantly if we needed refills. Our new breakfast place.

Forgot part of our order for Uber delivery.
I called to resolve and was told Uber had to fix it, even though it was the restaurant's fault. Call Uber driver and am told he can't do anything.
I was quite upset, we were all tired from coming home late from a trip and waking up hungry. I only wanted the missing items but in the end, they remade they entire order and the manager delivered it herself. I was wowed. I offered to give some money towards order and she refused it. I apologized much for my agitation and we hugged. Found a complimentary jar of jam in bag as well after she had left.
They definitely kept my business. ?

Atmosphere was loud ONLY cause it was PACKED! . But... EVERYTHING ELSE Was perfect ? Brianna was wonderful for a waitress. Kind and considerate. I will be back.
