This location is always BANG ON with every order I place and has incredible consistency when it comes to the quality of the drinks they produce. I don't think I have had a single poor tasting drink from this location. Also, special shoutout to Josh here for his great customer service!

Starbucks coffee is always very good. They have great blends quite strong. I was on Lake Street in Saint Catherine’s meeting with my associate pastor kind of a cool vibe there great atmosphere.
I walked in, and the first thing the cashier, Jules, said—while still talking to someone else—was, “Are you here to pick up an Uber Eats order?” and tried to hand me someone else’s order.
I never asked for a pickup order.
I was there to order a coffee for myself.
They should not assume that all Indians in Starbucks are there to pick up Uber Eats orders. I have nothing against Uber Eats drivers, but this kind of prejudice is unacceptable.
Very poor customer service.
Where has the good Starbucks service gone? What am I paying $10 for a cup of coffee for, if not for good service?
Please do better.
I go here often to grab a drink. 95% of the time, they are very friendly. The odd time the person isn't as friendly but they are rude. They are pretty fast with drive-thru orders, I rarely ever have issues here
Both drinks were wrong. The labels were wrong so not the barista’s fault. But both women were annoyed with us asking for the right drinks. The woman on cash gave me a little lecture that it was busy and they were only doing their best. Not one word of apology. That should come first no matter the circumstances. As a customer, I felt like a burden and a complainer. Will not go back there again.
Just came from here ordered a tall American with Xtra room...walking to Mt vehicle actually spilled out of top was barely warm threw it away...
Left my phone there and they held it for me, thanks so much again

A word of advice: if you are out of a baked good, TAKE IT OUT OF THE CASE! "Can I have a cookie?" "No, sold out" "Croissant?" "No, sold out" "Danish??" "No sold out" WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THEN???!!! Better to have a half empty case than a case full of empty dreams. Do better.

As you know, the coffee was served full filled and I opened the cover of the cup and spilt it by accident. One of the staff came help. She was, I think, very kind and cleaned all the areas affected by my mistake. She did not show any uncomfortable feelings nor awkward expression. Thanks to her, I had a good time at the Starbucks. Thank you
