I called the head office and store as I never got my birthday reward. They told me its because I had not made a purchase in the last 3 months. I do not see anywhere in the site that time frame

Starbucks corporate, listen up. Closing all the stores around this location has overwhelmed this store. Limited to no parking, long line ups, 10 to 15 minutes to get my drink. It is bad for customers and unfair for the excellent crew at this location. The team and location are great, you should follow their lead: do better or this customer will go somewhere else.

The baristas here are rude and honestly a little dumb. My drink was $ 6.95 I gave her a 5 and a toonie for the drink and then a handful of change from my cup holder for a tip. Before giving me the coffee she started counting all the change and I was like that's just a tip can I have the coffee and she said just a minute and continued to count all the change for literally 3 minutes withholding the coffee for some unknown reason and then when she was done counting it she gave me a toonie back? And I was like no that was a tip for you and she just looked at me blankly. Not the first time I've had super weird interactions from this location. Another time they refused to make my fiance a new drink because she asked for coconut milk and they gave her regular milk saying she didn't say that. Pretty dumb, maybe needs new management you
don't see Starbucks with such bad reviews typically.

There is a lad called Matthew who is single handily defining the brand image for Starbucks, he’s a legend. He has the best customer service I’ve ever seen, I’m tempted to hire him myself.
Give Matthew a raise, maybe even a puppy for free. He deserves it.

The egg bites were warm. My Americano was hot. I drove away unknowingly forkless, only to discover—too late—that I’d been cast in a tragedy of modern convenience. No utensils. No napkins. Just me, barehanded, eating egg bites in the front seat like a feral raccoon. Delicious? Yes. Dignified? Absolutely not.
unfortunately this is by far the slowest Starbucks in the city. It’s messy and unorganised. & since forth ave closed & just recently the chapters one I’ve noticed more staff at lake street.. you would think they would be quicker. Well no, with more staff I’ve noticed more chatting & all good you want to see your baristas enjoying their job but I’m sorry I don’t need to hear about your sex life while I am waiting for my coffee.
I already miss the chapter’s location! As this one will now be my main Starbucks I’m worried you may loose me as life long Starbucks girl

I bought icedI coffee and it was spoiled.
I didn't have time to go back and complain.

This location is always BANG ON with every order I place and has incredible consistency when it comes to the quality of the drinks they produce. I don't think I have had a single poor tasting drink from this location. Also, special shoutout to Josh here for his great customer service!

It's starbucks
Starbucks coffee is always very good. They have great blends quite strong. I was on Lake Street in Saint Catherine’s meeting with my associate pastor kind of a cool vibe there great atmosphere.
I walked in, and the first thing the cashier, Jules, said—while still talking to someone else—was, “Are you here to pick up an Uber Eats order?” and tried to hand me someone else’s order.
I never asked for a pickup order.
I was there to order a coffee for myself.
They should not assume that all Indians in Starbucks are there to pick up Uber Eats orders. I have nothing against Uber Eats drivers, but this kind of prejudice is unacceptable.
Very poor customer service.
Where has the good Starbucks service gone? What am I paying $10 for a cup of coffee for, if not for good service?
Please do better.
