Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Slow, rude baristas who don’t know how to make drinks. Supervisor Christine was the rudest most unprofessional employee I have ever experienced. Do not go to this Starbucks!

I was waiting for my order for more than an hour, when I went to ask it it was at the next table but without a name (that is to say they never called me). They placed a new order but the wait was not worth it.

4:20pm November 3, 2024 - asked for a pumpkin spice cold drink - the drink was awesome however there were two people working at the time and the one girl kept telling the other girl about her life story which was making the second girl work very slowly - it took almost 5 minutes for a drink to be made! Later when leaving the grocery store, the first girl who would not stop talking was not there but the second one who made my drink was there. This experience made me not want to buy anything from this store again if there are 2 people working.

I went in yesterday to order a Vente Strawberry Creme Frapp. There were two teenage girls standing in front of the counter. The barista guy called my name. I tried to get my drink. Those two wouldn't move. So the Batista guy handed me my drink away from the counter and told those two to stop blocking the counter. He said it in a demanding tone. Those girls stared at me as I got my drink and stared at me as I was leaving. The level of those two girls' respect is classless, selfish and ignorant. I really like the baristas there. They are nice, but they don't like customers being ignorant or above towards each other. Thank you for standing up for quiet people like me. I will continue coming here knowing I will always get great friendly service and Baristas who have my back❤🙂👍 Atmosphere is great when customers who are ignorant aren't there. Other than that, it's usually a pretty good experience.

Only 1 person taking orders and 1 person making drinks although there was 4 staff going in and out behind the counter. There was about 20 people in there either waiting to order or waiting for their stuff. We waited 35 min after ordering for 3 drinks and a croissant. The venti drink I ordered was literally half salted caramel cold foam. When I asked why half my drink was foam, he just shrugged. Croissant not even warmed up. The guy making drinks was quite rude to other customers. Won’t ever be stopping in this location again.

Must be a common complaint… Birthday was yesterday, 25 th .The email FROM Starbucks said good through the 27 th . Manager said NO so birthday drink wasn’t free. Not happy?

Tiffany who made my drink this evening the drink it'self was super yummy and balanced and Tiffany was super sweet and I absolutely loved her attitude.Annie who took my order was super sweet and I loved her energy and attitude as well, both incredibly sweet women.

PEN CENTRE STARBUCKS ST. CATHARINEsI took my bestfriend here who is from a small town and has never had starbucks before because it’s her birthday. She just downloaded the app today and entered her birthday and everything and since the button wouldn’t work on their system they said no to her birthday drink. We had all her Ids out and ready to prove it was her birthday and they still refused and said no. I mean come on? it’s her birthday! and I thought this company was supposed to be very friendly and inclusive and kind toward others. Why are we gonna be rude to someone on their birthday and send them away? She just downloaded the app TODAY because she NEVER gets starbucks as her small city has never gotten one until this last year. The lady was very rude and persistent that she could not help her out and she would have to pay 9 dollars on her birthday when every other person would get it for free on their bday. EVERY person i have talked to who doesn’t have the app and just shows their id, usually would be kind and say “hey it’s your bday that’s our policy is a free drink on YOUR SPECIAL day” but no, pen centre starbucks refuses. horrible experience and horrible staff. won’t be going back there.

This past week a man working there of Asian decent was extremely sick and should not have been working . He was constantly coughing . please stay home if you are ill. I am very sick with a cough now .

Great Service! Once a barista noticed I was very down and actually asked me how I was even though they didn’t have to. The staff is very kind and caring of their customers!
