Great visit to Starbucks at the Pen Center! The service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was spot on — just the way I like it. The space was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick break or catching up with a friend.
One small suggestion: if you’re staying in, consider asking for a ceramic mug or glass instead of disposable cups — Mother Earth will thank you! A simple way to make a great experience even better.

Not sure why I was treated like an annoyance when I was just trying to find out the status of my order that they had neglected to even notice come in on the mobile board and were serving customers inside the restaurant who came in long after I ordered.

Today I ordered a drink from Starbucks, you can tell the energy in there was off. All the staff members looked miserable non of them had a smile on their faces. I ordered a drink and they had told me they were out of the product to make the drink. Completely understandable. So I ordered a different one. I felt very rushed into making my decision on a different drink. The barista that took my order had lots of attitude and wasn’t polite .Keep in mind there was no one behind me in line so there was no need to be rushed. I placed my order and I watched the barista make my drink and she showed another barista my order and laughed on what I ordered. I found this very unprofessional of this barista. There is no customer service skills in that place to simply put it!!!!!! Never again will I be ordering from there due to the staff.

I ordered a venti drink online for delivery. I was Charged $15 for the drink & delivery and then when it arrived, the bag was taped shut and half of my drink was floating in the bottom of the bag. They told me it was because the ice melted, however that’s a lie because I asked for no ice, and the label on the cup says no ice. The liquid was pink (not ice) and the driver said when he picked it up it was leaking, it only got worse as he delivered it. The cup arrived upright, so I’m not sure where along the way this happened, but it’s definitely something that could’ve been fixed prior to me receiving it. Probably won’t order delivery from this location again as this is the only location I have issues with…
April 23 2025 approximately 2:15pm After shopping in the Pen with my Wife we needed to stop and sit for bit outside on the patio. We were only going to be there for a couple of minutes as we were waiting for our ride We were approached by an employee telling us we had to leave as we didn’t purchase anything from Starbucks The patio was completely empty as we were the only 2 people there This is not a policy of Starbucks as I have spoken with their head office. They employee was not wearing a name badge Very unprofessional and disrespectful of this employee
