We went through the drive-thru for our order the other night, and I wish I had noticed the employee's name because even though we were there shortly before they closed, she was very friendly and polite. And the drink we ordered (a pink drink) was made perfectly!

Rude staff. Hung up the phone on me when I asked if the AC was turned on at the store. Called back. Next lady 'Lisa' wasnt any better. Told me they instrcted to hang up if being prank called. Offered no apology until I fished for it..I had to say it wasnt nice to be hung up on. Insincere apololgy followed.
Wont be coming back to this location.

Some white people working in this sturbucks are very racist!!! I was waiting for almost 15 minutes everyone was already got there order and those and someone new already had order after me they on the waiting and grab there order..! White people they dont treat you good if your an Asian.. thanks to those whos working..beside that lady has purple hair and chinese girl.. the guy who get my order was asking them and just saying “i dont know” this is rediculous!!! They cant even accomodate you nicely or saying.. oh’ im so sorry…. Will go ahead and prepare your order miss…! Not recommended place to at all..!!

I used to come here regularly. don’t get me wrong, everything was amazing for the post part at the beginning; however, over time the customer service declined. there’s one specific snaggy worker that’s always there and seems like she hates her job, or that she’s too “stuck up” and then there’s other workers that are amazing and welcoming and kind. the store itself is always kept clean, but the cold air is always on which makes it very uncomfortable to sit inside. the ac makes it feel colder in the store than it is outside. not sure why the ac is on mid october anyways, and i also heard other customers asking staff to turn the air off but they said they couldn’t.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to say something. This Starbucks used to be my go-to since it opened, but not anymore. Recently, I ordered refreshers a couple of times, and both times they were missing the dried fruit.
The first time, I got a pineapple refresher, and it didn’t have any dried pineapples. When I asked about it, they just said, "Oh, we ran out." I was surprised but didn’t want to waste time, so I let it go.
The second time, I ordered a strawberry acai refresher, and again, no dried strawberries. When I asked, the barista said, "Oh, no one really puts them in, so I didn’t add any," and she fixed my drink.
I just wanted my drink made the way it’s supposed to be. I really hope they can get it together because I miss the quality I used to love here.
