Good service and the staff were friendly. Worked from there today and it was quite pleasant. Staff members greeted every single person that came into the store regardless of how busy it was.

Could not rate atmosphere as we have only had the drive thru experience.
Their drinks are perfectly on par with other Starbucks, and the staff are very good at following modifications consistently. Me and my girlfriend like to make changes to our beverages and this location has always followed our orders to a tee!

Did not appreciate being told that if I wanted decaf I had to let them know when ordering. Of course I let them know. My medication reacts with caffeine. I always order decaf.
The customer is always right BTW.

Brook 5:02pm October 31 2025 VERY RUDE and took a long time to take a simple order. Maybe she was high or something? Anyways, customer service here is usually absolutely fantastic but she really shouldn’t be working here , customer service does not seem like it should be her career.

Sadly, I will no longer be frequenting Starbucks as they no longer offer lactose free milk. Plant based options don't do it for me. Too bad. Great staff and service though!

I visited this Starbucks on August 21st around 1:50 PM and had a very disappointing experience.
When I got to the counter, the barista completely skipped over me after helping the person in front of me, then walked away to take drive-thru orders—even though there were already staff handling those. I stood there waiting while she looked at me and made no effort to acknowledge or take my order until I spoke up.
When I finally ordered pancakes and asked for caramel sauce on top, she told me it was “illegal” to add it. She eventually did it, but the way she said it and handled the whole situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This location really needs to work on basic customer service and treating all customers with respect.

Coffee’s great but when I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they didn’t bother spreading the cream cheese.
They really just give us a knife in the DRIVE TROUGH… i mean i’m driving.
Tim Hortons does it.

We went through the drive-thru for our order the other night, and I wish I had noticed the employee's name because even though we were there shortly before they closed, she was very friendly and polite. And the drink we ordered (a pink drink) was made perfectly!
Rude staff. Hung up the phone on me when I asked if the AC was turned on at the store. Called back. Next lady 'Lisa' wasnt any better. Told me they instrcted to hang up if being prank called. Offered no apology until I fished for it..I had to say it wasnt nice to be hung up on. Insincere apololgy followed.
Wont be coming back to this location.
