I’ve been going to this location for years and it never disappoints! Today I witnessed a girl be condescending and rude to the staff, and the staff handled it beautifully. She accused them of making her drink wrong. Personally I think the barista today was amazing, my drink was awesome! Very happy with my experience :)

Made my order through the app, an everything bagel heated up w/ cream cheese. I paid for it and all I got was the bagel, so now I am eating a dry bagel before a long shift. Wasn’t even offered an alternative or told sorry we don’t have it in stock. Yeah will not be coming here anymore.
