Absolutely awful service. I mobile ordered my drink ahead of time and still ended up waiting almost an hour. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it takes that long? Not a single apology or explanation from the staff — just ignored like it was normal. Completely unprofessional, especially on a busy campus where students don’t have time to waste. Do better.

I’m paying for an overpriced drink I expect the service to be better. Waiting 40 mins just for a small chai is absolutely ridiculous. Train your staff better, no one took an order for at least 10 mins. Multiple people were frustrated with the wait time.

Why have a Starbucks on campus and not hire students? Worst Starbucks ever! I will never complain about the inner city Starbucks ever again! As I’m writing this, it’s taken 40 minutes to get our orders taken, get our food and still wait for drinks. It’s 9am! Students and staff want drinks and you have 2 people working! That’s unexceptional.

took 40 mins for a small coffee and i have class, and yet 8 people behind me got there drink first. The employees were also talking the whole time and not doing there job when some of us have class.

THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS. I have been to this Starbucks a countless amount of times and I am always disappointed. I have once waited 50 minutes for my drink that I ended up getting a refund for because I was SO upset with their service. Today I ordered a $10 drink, and they messed it up 2 TIMES, having to make 3 different drinks. I have a dairy allergy and asked for my drink to be made with coconut milk and NO WHIP. The first time I was served with a huge load of whip, so I politely told them I asked for no whip. The second time they did not give me any espresso (I ordered 2 shots). Then the barista had the audacity to give me attitude about it and speak in a different language to the other two employees while staring at me with the dirtiest looks. The service at this location is horrible, and I would not recommend anyone to visit.

Drinks aren’t filled to the top and often are quite disappointing. Lattes are half foam. Service is slow and doesn’t take points.

Waited 35 minutes for a pumpkin spice latte I ordered on the skip the line app (hey chef) and saw people waiting in line for 40 minutes as well. They had three people behind the counter, half of the time the staff were just talking to each other standing around waiting when they could have been preparing orders ahead while they were waiting for espresso to brew. One of the staff then left and there were just two ladies who didn’t know how to make the drinks. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, they need to work on training their staff.

i waited 50 minutes for the line because the workers are too busy making stuff for themselves. i got to the cashier girl and they didn’t even have my drink or my sandwich that i usually get. “light is” they don’t understand what that means either. i’m sick of this starbucks every time something is wrong.

Terrible place to get any Starbucks beverage. More than half the times I've visited, the drink is not up to standard or made incorrectly. I'm pretty disappointed, hoping my experiences would improve, but it didn't.

As a Starbucks barista, I am aware this location is just a licensed store, which means the employees are not employed by Starbucks. However, that doesn't mean they shouldn't be expected to follow Starbucks' guidelines. I waited 25 minutes for a strawberry coconut drink that I ordered online ahead of time. There is no excuse for this kind of wait time when there is no line in the store. While I stood at the counter, I watched the person making drinks not shake the shaker while making refreshers, not sanitize the steam wand between making drinks, not rinse out the milk steaming container between drinks, and not putting inclusions in the strawberry coconut drink. I also watched her put 5 pumps of vanilla syrup in a grande caramel macchiato when there is suppose to be 3 (grande usually gets 4 but it is decreased by 1 pump for this drink only). I watched her pour the espresso and mix it with the milk before putting ice in the cup for the macchiato. This makes it a latte, not a macchiato. The staff are not friendly and move extremely slowly. Lastly, and most importantly, I watched a barista put her hand inside my cup to write my name on the cup. THIS IS A HUGE HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE! Please, train your employees better. Brock students deserve to receive Starbucks-quality service.
