I got my birthday cake from here and it was absolutely perfect! The decorator Sue was absolutely lovely, she was so helpful in helping me bring my vision to life and was incredibly patient when I asked for minor aspects to be changed. The cake itself was absolutely delicious and stayed moist for days after. I highly recommend the strawberry filling it was wonderful! Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be a returning customer!

I ordered a marble birthday cake with the icing that isn’t sweet. I got a plain white cake with icing that was so sweet no one liked it. I called the order in I thought there would be no confusion with what I wanted. Very disappointed

I ordered a round vanilla custard birthday cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I asked for a Disney Frozen theme. I had no expectations except for it to be blue and purple. When I picked it up I was blown away at the amount of effort that was put into the cake. It was beautiful!!! It was beyond my expectations! Everyone who was at the party said they’d be ordering their next cakes there. 10/10!
I also ordered a chocolate fudge. It was decorated beautifully. And was fantastic in flavour!

Staff was super friendly but not as impressed with the cake. Just picked one of the cakes in the display case for my daughter's birthday. Personally prefer the flavour of the ones from Superstore or Zehrs and also almost half the price ($16 vs $29).

Have purchase many cakes here that have always been amazing. Decided to try the Italian salami sub tonight 10/20/2025 and was very disappointed, the sub was 95% lettuce with maybe 6 slices of salami. The girl working was also not very helpful and had very little customer service skills.

Was hankering for a sub today with my wifey. Thinking of where to get a good sandwich like what seems to be the olden days lol. So many disappointing crap subs. We both agreed to drive waaay into the city for a Subs Plus!!!! Did not disappoint. The worker tonight was a total sweetheart. She’s been there for a year now and I believe she’s a valuable asset to the company. I wish I caught her name! Thank you for the delicious, fresh sub!!!! We both enjoyed it. Best fresh buns and items all the way through the sandwich 10/10
