Subs Plus cakes are absolutely delicious — we’ve been ordering them for years! Always a hit at family gatherings. It can be a bit hard to get ahold of them sometimes, but the quality is well worth it

Was hankering for a sub today with my wifey. Thinking of where to get a good sandwich like what seems to be the olden days lol. So many disappointing crap subs. We both agreed to drive waaay into the city for a Subs Plus!!!! Did not disappoint. The worker tonight was a total sweetheart. She’s been there for a year now and I believe she’s a valuable asset to the company. I wish I caught her name! Thank you for the delicious, fresh sub!!!! We both enjoyed it. Best fresh buns and items all the way through the sandwich 10/10

Ordered a carrot cake with buttercream frosting for my daughters graduation party. It was so easy to order the cake online and was ready when I picked it up. The staff are amazing and we all really enjoyed the cake. It was so moist and full of flavour. We were also very pleased with how the cake was decorated. Beautifully done. They make the best assorted sub in St. Catharines , hands-down., I’m 50 years old and I can remember buying a sub from Subs Plus when I was in my 20s and it was just a good sub then, and it still is now. Over the years, I’ve bought one there off and on and every time it’s been a dependably good sub. It’s just the best tasting assorted sub you’re gonna find in this city. You can tell they buy quality meat, produce bread . It’s not cheap.
The sub cost me $14
Garbage from Subway costs more than that.
Submission Subs on Eastchester is really good, but I’d have to say that Subs Plus on Scott Street is the best sub I’ve ever had in this city.
I’ve read some comments here where people are bellyaching about service ?
You’re buying a submarine sandwich, you’re not going to a bistro, those ladies are busy baking cakes and cookies and doing all kinds stuff back there. If they stop to put a sandwich together for you, it’s going to taste really good for a reasonable price.

Recently my boyfriend and I visited your store and purchased subs and the service was terrible. The staff member took our order, rushed us and treated us poorly because she said she had a system and because we weren't saying our ingredients in the correct order, she began being rude. This event happened about a week or 2 ago. And then there's today, we went to Subs Plus for lunch because it's a regular thing for us and what do you know, we get stuck with the same red-haired lady. Again she was rude to us, but this time when she rushed us she wrote down our order before hand and then made our subs and yet somehow managed to get our order wrong even tho she had written it down. Then I was just trying to clarify if the right topping was put on my sub and she began to be so ignorant to us. She was treating us as if our questions were stupid. I am advising anyone who goes here that this staff member is a lady with red, curly hair and lots of eye liner. I am also writing this review because my boyfriend and I are regulars at this sub shop and to be treated like this is ridiculous and your business is missing out on customers because of it. We aren't the only customers with this problem. If you read others, they have similar complaints. I think some of your staff needs to take a crash course on customer service.
Top tier subs. Way better then firehouse. Workers were very polite. Desserts looked delicious.

I was recommended by a family member to try subs plus for a birthday cake. I thought they only sold sandwiches so I learned something new. I ordered my son’s birthday cake Saturday morning for Sunday pick up. The cake was ready exactly when they said it would be. The staff were very friendly and the cake was delicious and looked amazing. Thank you. The store is clean. Great experience. Stopping in for a sub Tuesday before work!
