Use to be the best subway but quality has gone down in the past few weeks order extra ingredients and don't even get light ingredients... I only order two toppings and I barely get that... Disappointing

Such a disgusting staff. Very very disappointed with the experience of store's atmosphere. Managers and some team members have literally no sense to talk to their employees and always try to find a way to disappoint their employees. Owner must do something about it.

I visiting subway after a long work day , and I must say, my experience was exceptional, all thanks to the young man working tonight (I believe his name was Ricco) . Not only was he incredibly friendly, and charismatic but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service were truly impressive. Truly an asset to the team

I went on a holiday weekend. They only had 1 guy working on a Friday night! He was making 5 subs for a pick up order and there were 4 of us waiting. He was great, super calm. But what kind owners schedule 1 person? We ended up leaving.

The lady at the counter was very polite and smiley. I let her know there was an allergy and she found the gluten free bread with no excuses, changed gloves and even the knife before preparing the sandwich. Also I find that this is one of the better locations.We are very happy ?.

I sadly didn’t get the worker’s name, but my boyfriend and I came in tonight (Nov 7, 2023) around 21:30 and had a wonderful experience with the worker. He was very friendly, positive, and genuinely seemed to be enjoying what he was doing. I’d give six stars if I could.He works some closing shifts and has a buzz cut and earrings. Also is a younger guy, if that helps give recognition to him for doing such an excellent job.

I just realized that their teriyaki chicken had changed, and now it's mushy and weird and doesn't have anything like the consistency of normal chicken. I read that it is predominantly soy, and you can definitely tell. I'm an avid tofu lover and could tell the texture was more similar to tofu. The staff were very friendly, only the complaint was that I asked for it pressed and the young lady forgot to turn on the press so it was squished and soggy. Definitely don't get their teriyaki chicken, it's gross now.
