The service from Gagan and Shubh was so friendly and professional that I had to come back after dinner to let them know. The service was much better than I'm used to since the last time I had been to this location. They were fast with the complicated order I had and everything went smoothly. I'll definitely be coming back if this is what I can expect from this store from now on!

NOT SAFE FOR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED! My older brother who is mentally handicapped presented a coupon for a free 20oz. drink and free potato rings with any regular sub order. Instead, he was charged for his 20oz. drink and never got the potato rings. I will be informing all the relevant disability associations of this incident and will advise them to stay away from this business.

Staff should be trained to change their gloves after each sandwich. Since some people order veggies, some order fish and some order other meat like pork. Visited the branch 17th april 2025 11.47 p.m. i ordered tuna. She put it in the oven and used the same gloves she made someone's pork meat sandwich and then used the same gloves she touched my tuna and vegetable toppings. I told her to change it, but the contamination was done. They should have made my new sandwich, but she didn't. I asked her to put cheese after toasting it, and she didn't put cheese at all. Needs proper training.

The staff here need to learn what LESS means on an order. Asked for a veggie sandwich with less mayo less mustard but got a bread sandwich with hardly any veggies swimming in mustard and mayo. I accidentally sent my order here what a horrible mistake. Really bad I couldn't bother to drive back to complain. Hopefully they teach staff to read and when making veggie delight actually put in veggies I'm not paying 9 dollars for bread.
So you have the audacity to tell me you made the sandwiches right? When there was mustard and mayo dripping out of an empty bun? Telling me its my fault and that I should have ordered extra veggies. What difference would that make if your sandwich makers can't read? Why dont you state the truth? You are cheap and tell your employees to skimp on ingredients to make more money. You don't care if your employees screw up snd blame the customer instead. Ridiculous I would never order from this location ever again. Scammers keep getting fake reviewers.
I stopped by subways in the evening and it was a great experience. The place was clean ,well stocked and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even during busy hours,the service was quick.the staff especially both the girls working there were top notch,friendly,professional and made my sandwich just the way I wanted.Highly recommend.

Servers were snickering and mumbling to each other while me and my girlfriend ordered our subs. On occasion they would mumble our own words back to us in a mocking tone. They were also scrimpy with the toppings. Will never be visiting this location again. Was at around 8:00pm, February 9th. I would recommend the manager maybe be more careful when deciding who to hire.
