Staff was too slow they wasted my whole break i wait for 15 min then i left the store. That was very disappointing, i do not recommend anyone go there and waste break time

only one worker in there, he was rushing too busy helping other customers I couldn’t even ask for a bag he just left my receipt there in the machine. The food itself was good there were a couple fruit flies over the place though

I visited this place yesterday around 5 pm . I ordered veggie patty subway , that tasted like really bad. Patty seemed like old. I had to throw my sandwiche and I wasted my money . Customer Service was okay but food quality really bad. Will never come here again .

I ordered the pickup at 1:00 for my lunch so that I don’t have to wait a lot.
When I went there to pick up
She said, I just got it it’s gonna take some time.
I waited around 10-15 minutes, didn’t receive my food yet
Wasted my whole break.
For wht?
Why did i order pickup then?
If I can’t even have my lunch during my break

Found a dead bug in my food. Ate half my sub and then saw it mixed in with dressing on the other half. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Made an online order, got there 15 minutes later and they hadn't even started, then they served about 4 or 5 people before making mine. Sat there for 20 minutes. They also put all of the sauces on the sub even though I asked that they be put on the side

IT’s THE PRINCIPLE OF THE THING. I ordered a sandwich through SKIP as I currently have an illness that has affected my mobility. I also ordered a bag of chips and 2 cookies. When the order arrived I immediately noticed that the chips were missing. I called the Subway store and left a message. That was about 3 1/2 hours ago, but I haven’t received a return call. The sandwich was great, but the cookies were hard, as if they were cooked two days before. Not impressed. A return phone call would have meant so such.

I ordered veggie sub first they send wrong order then I ordered again even they send me same sub which one they make before has too much salt pepper. So disappointed. I will never order again at this

Order number: 71B423D9-D2We recieved our order not only wrong, but missing toppings aswell. We ordered two subs and they mixed up the bread types, which luckily i am not gluten-free cause that could have made me ill! A few select toppings and sauce missing from one of the subs entirely with no explanation to why its missing. Ordered both subs grilled/baked, neither were. Don't waste your money at this location

I ordered through door dash. Worst sub I've ever had. The bun wasn't even baked completely. It was mushy and doughy. Absolutely Disgusting. I can't believe you'd serve that to anyone.if I could give you zero stars I would.

Downtown subway offers lots of choices in hot and cold sandwichs. Good customer service, lots of choices and fast turned around.
