I was made the most DELECTABLE sub by Raman around 8pm today. Oh my god. This girl needs a raise and a half. Genuinely the best subway sub I’ve ever had in my life. Raman, I’m your biggest fan. I’d give you a hug if it wasn’t weird.

wasting of money, I ordered 2 veg. 12inch subs but it was very bad they used old vegetables and cold veggies patties. Server Meena was very rude.😡😡😡

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the employee’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming—as if she didn’t want us there at all. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and an overall lack of professionalism.

I normally write positive reviews and I understand that everyone has off days, but the interaction went beyond that. When I politely mentioned, “Excuse me, but your attitude doesn’t seem very friendly. I just want the sandwich cut in two,” the response I received was: “You will have to pay for two then. Are you ordering or not?”

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available.

To the owner or manager of this location: If you’re reading this, I hope you take this feedback seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience fell far below the standard I would expect from a brand like Subway.

I had a disappointed experience from this subway, today I have the nachos order and one sandwich artist was really rude with us. Not only this but also she just put little touch of salsa with her own hand without using scoop, I know it comes with 2 scoops and lettuce and jalapenos, I just asked to put hot pepper on it except lettuce but she did not put other veggies thst I want. For this service, you want a tip, I probably won't be back to anytime soon.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. The food quality was poor, and the service was even worse. The sandwich I received was poorly made, with stale ingredients and barely any care put into it. On top of that, the customer service was unacceptable. Amukta, the staff member on duty, was extremely unprofessional. She seemed disinterested and unwilling to help, making the entire experience uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Subway, but this visit left me very dissatisfied. I hope management takes steps to improve both their food quality and customer service.

Congratulations subway, you lost a customer today. The girl upfront had an attitude which made us leave the place. Zero customer skills whatsoever. We just had a regular request that we will place the order on the app but we want less veggies on our sandwiches which we will let her know when she makes them. But she was very argumentative that this offer is only available on skip and Uber.

Had chicken on flatbread. Their "rotisserie" chicken was like mushed chicken. Flatbread was not as fresh as I've had. Dont think Ill be back.

I visited this location around 6 pm. There was an Indian girl working alone. she was very rude and had very bad attitude. I ordered a chicken wrap. I asked for garlic aioli she put smoky bbq instead. When I said i don’t want bbq she got mad. Instead of feeling sorry she gave me very bad attitude . She started removing bbq. I asked for new one. She got aggressive . She made me a new wrap but she poured tons of sauces on it. I had worst wrap of life. I also work for food company but this is not the way we serve our customers . Work on your service

I understand these workers make minimum wage but I’d still expect the bare minimum hours of operation. They could serve me at 9:30pm when they close at 10 because they were “closing up”. Quite literally useless employees working here.

Amanda was our server and she was so so lovely! She even went out of her way to start small talk, which we enjoyed and put a smile on our faces! I hope management can see this and relay the message to her that she made our day. :))
