My husband and I ordered subs since we were staying at the hotel across the street. His work is always staying there. I had almost no toppings on my subs, i took a picture 3 olives for an example on the sub. My husband watched them make it and asked them to add more toppings, the man refused saying he would not be able to close it and did not add anymore onto it. I called, they called me liar. I went into the store they called me liar and called my husband a liar even though i took a picture of the receipt and picture of the sub, asked the lady to look st the picture and tell me that there are no toppings…. Because it was only half the sub she said sorry i do not believe you, its only half of the sub. I told her the other half looked the exact same way. She asked me what i wanted l, i said a refund or another sub. She said no, she doesn’t think so. I have NEVER had this kind if experience with any restaurant…. We would have given them more business right then and there, but we walked out and will not go back!! The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced!!! The restaurant was clean though, if i have to say anything nice.

Came in for mobile order and stopped making our subs for a customer that came in after isn’t it first come first serve the mobile app is meant for priority so your not waiting as long what’s the point is your employees to this I felt disrespected also was up charged to add bacon for 2 slices

I went to this store today, the staff was really rude and she was just throwing the sauces on the sub , Totally unprofessional , it look like the girl don’t know her work, really rude . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎👎

Looking at the reviews I think ill stay away from this store.
The food was good the service was great but the restaurant was cold. But over all everything else was great.

An average subway shop, for on the go sandwiches. Service was pleasant, but the food is not spectacular. If you want a very simple sandwich of cold cuts and not a lot of spice due to diet nutrition consideration, you can get that here. I tried to order a non cold cut based sandwich with some flavor. Unfortunately my order was labeled wrong and I got my friend's sandwich while my sandwich took a road trip beyond my reach. So no yummy food opinions to offer. The sandwich I got was pretty average. Average is ok, but I probably will not return because now my mind associates the brand with disappointment.

I placed an online order for pickup for 2 subs through website and in my order I asked for extra onions, extra crispy onions, extra parm cheese but when I came back and have a look I can only see 2 single slice of onion can’t see any crispy onions nor parm cheese and the sub felt pretty dry not enough sauce even though I asked for 4 different kinds of sauces. I would recommend going to different locations.
