I came to this subway this morning and the lady who made my sandwich,( I believe her name was Kimmy) was absolutely amazing. I have never received service like hers from any place I’ve ever been. She went above and beyond and was so friendly and professional.I will definitely be returning.Thank you Kimmy for your amazing service,it made my day

My food was thrown together and I mean thrown by the young gentleman. I ordered two subs and one of them only had three slices of cheese on it. It was rushed and there was no one even there or behind us. You can tell he did not enjoy his job and that's very disappointing or he didn't want to Serve myself and my partner definitely won't be coming back to this location. I purchased two subs twice a week for the last 2 months from your establishment. I am a regular customer in this is absolutely disgusting behavior. I'm not sure if it's because you have a $10 special and people are annoyed that they keep eating them but regardless of the situation

I went in today with my service dog and was denied service because I had a service animal. I left and called the store to ask to speak to the manager and the guy who was working there kept hanging up the phone on me and refusing to allow me to contact the manager. His shift was on Saturday march 29th 2025 at 8pm. Whoever was on shift should be fired because that goes against my civil rights. How could someone deny someone because they have a service dog? And when I called him he said he denied my service because another persons dog was “shouting” in the store. What does that have to do with me? My dog is well behaved. I will never go to this subway again and I really want to speak to the manager and have this man fired.

Got a sub from this location last night for dinner. I couldn’t tell if there was mold or freezer burn in the containers for the vegetables. But the bread definitely tasted stale and off. Threw up my whole sub and have been having stomach issues since eating this sub last night. I think I might have gotten slight food poisoning.

I grabbed lunch here and it was good. Your typical subway to be honest but the service was great so that’s a plus! Went here by proximity to what I was doing but it was good. No issues or complaints! 5/5. Yes - I would recommend this location.

The girl that made my sandwich was nice. I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich. However, I think she gave me the last remaining chicken at the bottom of the container. I could see her trying to squish the juices out of the chicken before putting it into my sandwich. I brought my sandwich home and when I opened it up the bread was all soggy and squishy from the wet chicken juice. It was grosssss. I couldn't even eat it. I paid 15 dollars for that sandwich. What a waste.

Ordered on the app and asked for my sauces to be put on the side as I would not be eating right away. Get there and the sauces are on the subs. The worker told me that’s how they do it l, complained thru the app with no response in over a week. Very poor customer service !!

Very friendly staff. Fast and professional. Food is very fresh and the bread always smells so good. Clean facility. Clean washrooms. Nice spacious interior and still like the older fashion look. Prices are a little high nowadays. Plenty of parking. Free WiFi but not always the greatest connection. No credit card surcharge.
