Got my sub today ordered through app and got good deal. Love the way the girl made my order. Very tasty sub. Will be back soon for sure.

Was only able to grab a sub all day and got a great Canadian club. Before the employee turned to me she washed her hands but washed of the soap before even spreading it clear as day. Washed just with water essentially for less than ten seconds. Then after I ate my sub, which did taste really good I’ll give them that. I didn’t feel well after digesting I’ll say that much. Sadly this isn’t a one time occurrence from this subway.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The employee Karan. They were rude and unhelpful and refused to take my order when the app was down, without offering any solution. I’ve been a regular here for years, but their poor attitude and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. I expect much better from Subway.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The employees refused to take my order and showed zero interest in helping. Their app was down and wouldn’t allow me to order a veggie patty sub. I politely asked if I could place a regular order and have it made as a veggie patty instead, but they flat-out refused without offering any solution.
employee name Karan, was rude, unhelpful, and extremely unaccommodating. Their customer service was awful—dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help a customer, they made the situation unnecessarily frustrating.
All other employees were very accommodating, except Karan. I have been going to this store for almost 4 years, its my go to store, and would never come back, suprise, I saw them being extremely rude with other customers behind us too.
This was a totally unacceptable experience, and I expect much better customer service from a brand like Subway.
Correction:
I called the store the next day and spoke with an employee named Kim. She patiently listened to my concerns, acknowledged the situation, and offered a reasonable solution. She also apologized on behalf of Karan, which I truly appreciated. Kim demonstrated what good customer service looks like - respectful, supportive, and customer-focused.
Hopefully, this experience helps KARAN reinforce that customer service should always be the first priority in any business. Thank you, Kim, for your patience, understanding, and professionalism. I’m genuinely grateful for your help.

I want to give a special thanks to Nikita! She was the most kindest lady who went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she made me the best sub i’ve had in years. Definitely returning soon! :)

I came to this subway this morning and the lady who made my sandwich,( I believe her name was Kimmy) was absolutely amazing. I have never received service like hers from any place I’ve ever been. She went above and beyond and was so friendly and professional.I will definitely be returning.Thank you Kimmy for your amazing service,it made my day

My food was thrown together and I mean thrown by the young gentleman. I ordered two subs and one of them only had three slices of cheese on it. It was rushed and there was no one even there or behind us. You can tell he did not enjoy his job and that's very disappointing or he didn't want to Serve myself and my partner definitely won't be coming back to this location. I purchased two subs twice a week for the last 2 months from your establishment. I am a regular customer in this is absolutely disgusting behavior. I'm not sure if it's because you have a $10 special and people are annoyed that they keep eating them but regardless of the situation

I went in today with my service dog and was denied service because I had a service animal. I left and called the store to ask to speak to the manager and the guy who was working there kept hanging up the phone on me and refusing to allow me to contact the manager. His shift was on Saturday march 29th 2025 at 8pm. Whoever was on shift should be fired because that goes against my civil rights. How could someone deny someone because they have a service dog? And when I called him he said he denied my service because another persons dog was “shouting” in the store. What does that have to do with me? My dog is well behaved. I will never go to this subway again and I really want to speak to the manager and have this man fired.

The girl working today is amazing and working hard but should definitely have another team member with her as lunch or even random times can have a rush of people come in or order and dealing with online and in person isn’t fair for one person.
Got a sub from this location last night for dinner. I couldn’t tell if there was mold or freezer burn in the containers for the vegetables. But the bread definitely tasted stale and off. Threw up my whole sub and have been having stomach issues since eating this sub last night. I think I might have gotten slight food poisoning.

I grabbed lunch here and it was good. Your typical subway to be honest but the service was great so that’s a plus! Went here by proximity to what I was doing but it was good. No issues or complaints! 5/5. Yes - I would recommend this location.
